Research purposes:the maximum strength and explosive force of lower limbs play an important role in many sports.For the majority of athletes and coaches,the improvement of the maximum strength and explosive force of lower limbs is also the key part of strength training.As one of the most common exercises in lower limb strength training,squat is also the basic action of traditional resistance training.The purpose of this study is to explore the different effects of squatting exercise with eight week pyramid training method and inverted pyramid training method on the maximum strength and explosive force of lower limbs,and to obtain a better training method in improving the maximum strength and explosive force of lower limbs,so as to provide reference for the people who need to improve the maximum strength and explosive force of lower limbs in the future.Research methods:This study adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Twenty adult male college students who have more than two years of whole body resistance training experience and can bear 1.5 times of body weight in squat were selected as the experimental subjects and divided into ascending pyramid training group(75%1RM*8 times*1 group,80%1RM*6 times*2 group,85%1RM*4 times*3 group,90%1RM*2 times*4 group)and inverted pyramid training group(90%1RM*2 times*4 group,85%1RM*4 times*3 group,80%1RM*6 times*2 group,90%1RM*2 times*4 group)75%1RM*8 times*1 group)and the next eight weeks of training intervention and reflect the maximum strength and explosive strength index of lower limbs test,and finally the test results before and after the training were statistically analyzed.Research results:the results showed that the maximum strength and explosive power of lower limbs in the ascending pyramid training group and the inverted pyramid training group increased after eight weeks of experimental intervention,and there were significant differences.The specific performance is:1 RM squat performance,ascending pyramid training group’s value-added is 17.3%± 50kg,the growth rate was 12.23%,while the value-added of inverted pyramid training group was 12.6%± 72 kg,the growth rate was 9%;The increment of leg circumference in ascending pyramid training group was 0.78±34cm,the growth rate was 1.35%,while the value-added of inverted pyramid training group was 0.62%± 21 cm,the growth rate was 1.08%;Standing long jump results,ascending pyramid training group value-added is 0.07 ± 03m,the growth rate was 2.65%,while the increment of inverted pyramid training group was 0.13%±04M,with a growth rate of 4.96%;The results of 20 meter race in the ascending pyramid training group increased by 0.12 ±05s,the growth rate was 3.57%,while the inverted pyramid training group increased by 0.16%±04s,the growth rate was 4.83%;The increment of maximum power of CMJ in ascending pyramid training group was 4.66±92W/kg,the growth rate was 9.45%,while the increment of inverted pyramid training group was 7.14%±25 W/kg,the growth rate was 14.25%.Research conclusions:(1)The squatting exercise of eight week ascending pyramid training method and inverted pyramid training method significantly improved the maximum strength and explosive strength of lower limbs of the two groups,but there was no statistically significant difference in the influence of the two methods on the maximum strength and explosive strength of lower limbs.(2)Through eight weeks of training,in terms of the maximum strength of the lower limbs,the ascending pyramid training group has higher efficiency than the inverted pyramid training group.(3)Through eight week training,in terms of lower extremity explosive force,the improvement efficiency of inverted pyramid training group is higher than that of ascending pyramid training group.
