| Research basis: After the founding of New China,China’s athletics has developed by leaps and bounds,since Li Xiaohui broke through the60-meter mark in 1980,Chen Yang,Su Xinyue,Feng Bin and others have exceeded 60 meters,indicating that China’s women’s discus throw performance has improved;At the same time,researchers at home and abroad use kinematic methods to conduct in-depth research on the techniques of discus throwers,but the excellent technical movements are the cornerstone of the throwing performance.The purpose of the study: to obtain the kinematic parameters of the movements of six athletes in the competition by photographing the throwing technology of outstanding female discus throwing athletes in China,analyzing its video,so as to obtain the kinematic characteristics of women’s discus throwing technology,and provide quantitative analysis basis for athletes’ discus throwing technology,so as to promote the development and progress of women’s discus throw in China.Research Methods: Two JVC cameras were used for 3D fixed-point high-speed videography,and biomechanical video analysis software(Star Titanium 3-D Signal TEC V3.2HDC Motion System)was used to transfer the video for 3D video analysis,and the relevant kinematic parameters were obtained for analysis.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Leg support starting stage: at the T0 moment,the shoulder hip angle of the six athletes is small,and the torso twist degree is low;At the same time,some athletes have a large angle of the right knee and a high center of gravity,which is not conducive to pedaling power.At T1,six athletes had a faster left shoulder than their right,indicating throwing arms behind them.The speed of the right hip is obviously faster than that of the left hip,indicating that the athlete in China actively pedals the ground with his right foot to increase the rotation speed.(2)Left foot single support rotation stage: From the difference in the speed of the two shoulders,Chen Yang’s rotation speed among the six athletes was slow and the vacancy time was short,resulting in a decrease in speed.In terms of discus time,Su Xinyue used the shortest time,indicating that when her legs supported and turned,her body was tightened enough,the rotation speed was faster,and she actively pedaled to turn her body,and her body control was relatively stable.(3)Soaring stage: the average shoulder and hip angle of the six athletes at T3 was41.91°,and the shoulder and hip angle of Lu Xiaoxin,Xie Yuchen and Yang Huanhuan were all lower than the average,indicating that the shoulder and hip twist was poor at this time;The average pulling angle of the six athletes was 153.09°,and the maximum pulling angle was Chen Yang,indicating that Chen Yang had a strong ability to surpass the equipment at this time and left the discus behind him well.Some athletes have a significant decline in center of gravity speed in T2 and T3 moments.(4)Transition stage: the shoulder speed at the T3 moment,the right shoulder speed is slower than the left shoulder,indicating that the athlete maintains a good movement at the T3 moment.From the shoulder speed difference is worth out,our athletes surpass the equipment posture is not ideal,affecting the final force.At T4,Chen Yang’s shoulder hip angle is maximum,forming a good twisting posture and keeping his hip beyond his shoulder.Lu Xiaoxin,Xie Yuchen,and Yang Huanhuan pulled the lead angle too small,and the instrument was not well placed behind the body,which affected the final force.(5)The final force stage: the discus shot speed at the T5 moment,compared with foreign outstanding athletes,the shooting speed of Chinese athletes is low.In terms of shoulder hip angle and pull angle,the angle of Chinese athletes is small,resulting in a smaller range of action,which reduces the increase in the speed of the discus when shooting.In terms of hip,knee and ankle,the average angle of the left hip,knee and ankle is greater than that of the right side,indicating that the effect of Chinese athletes is not good,and the left pedal extension is large.The angle between the legs of Chinese athletes changes greatly,and the angle of Chen Yang compared to other athletes is the most reasonable.In terms of double ankle distance,Chinese athletes have a short distance between their ankles,which is not conducive to pedaling on the ground. |
