Race walking, as the special project of the track and field sports,is the only oneproject by the referee subjective judgments. Walking technology is the priorityamong priorities, the game referee subjective judgment makes greatly influence onplayers ’performance.Once the player was judged to be foul, it will lead to seriousconsequences directly disqualified, all the hard training will be cast to waste.walking rules changes guide the development direction of athletes technology. So wemust grasp the essence character of walking, try to figure out the change, and put itinto practice, which can withstand test in practice, only in this way, the developmentof China’s walking cause positive and healthy can be guaranteed. The following is theresults in this study:1.The measured15-16years old young stride length and stride frequency: women1.05M and3.26steps per second, compared with the national outstanding players,frequency less0.19steps/s, nearly equal step length, so that the young woman needto increase the frequency; men1.09m and3.10steps per second, compared with theexcellent male athletes step length, stride frequency are less0.04, the same youngman should also key improve in the frequency aspect. women24.67ms and men25.17ms flight time is within the normal range, comply with the new rules.2. The measured vertical center of gravity displacement of15-16year-old walkers:Women1.03cm, longer than the national outstanding players0.19cm, young femaleathletes great center of gravity vertical displacement is not conducive to horizontalvelocity; men is0.92cm, less than the outstanding members of the countries0.03cm,slightly smaller than the excellent athletes, in favor of the horizontal velocity; theknee joint angle: women176.24degrees at the moment reaching the field,150.27degrees at the moment from the field, compared with elite athletes, the momentreaching field knee angle smaller0.96°, the moment from the field the knee angle islarger1.52°.
