Study On Tactical Characteristics Of Net Soft Ball Technique

Rouliball is a new national traditional sport in China,and it entered the 13 th National Games for the first time in 2017 with mass competition.As one of the projects,the net soft ball has a strong interest,competitive and fitness,which attracts more and more people to participate.From the current net soft balll men’s singles,women’s singles,men’s doubles,women’s doubles,mixed doubles five individual competition,the men’s singles event has the characteristics of outstanding technical and tactical characteristics,athletes’ physical fitness is stronger,covering a wide range of people and so on.Therefore,the selection of men’s singles project for the study of technical and tactical characteristics is representative.In order to explore the technical and tactical characteristics of the net soft ball movement and supplement the current theoretical research status of the current vacancy,through the analysis of the technical and tactical characteristics of male single athletes,it provides reference and reference for the project.This paper takes the technical and tactical characteristics of men’s singles athletes as the research object,and takes the top eight men’s singles athletes in the second Beijing International Rouliball Exchange Conference,the 2019 China Rouliball Open,and the 2019 National Rouliball Campus Competition.Mainly through the video analysis method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and other research methods,draw lessons from badminton,tennis,table tennis and other isolated net confrontation items technical and tactical analysis methods,the men’s singles athletes technical and tactical characteristics are analyzed.In this paper,we observe and record the technical use of the first eight male single players,such as serve,receive,front,midfield,back court,drop area,loss of points,use of tactics and so on.The conclusion is as follows: serve segment,male singles players mainly use the right side of the ball,using the net front ball technology combined with high ball technology as a supplementary serve technique and tactics;receive the ball segment,the players mainly use flat pull ball and throw ball technology to see this round as a transition wheel,and direct attack scoring rate is small;in the holding stage,male singles players in the front field more conservative tactics,midfield most comprehensive,the back field more aggressive tactics;one to four male singles more active than five to eight players in all stages.This study studied the technical and tactical characteristics of each stage,and concluded that the results showed that the men’s singles players were flexible in their service skills and tactics,waited for the opportunity to receive the ball,had different functions in the front,middle and back fields,and the more advanced the men’s singles players were,the stronger their active each stage.In the future competition and training,we can use this as the basis and draw lessons from other training methods of technology and tactics,enrich the theoretical research of net soft ball technique and tactics,and make the project develop towards more scientific rationalization.
