Exploring The Endogenous Development Approach Of Higher Vocational Education In Ethnic Areas

The development of higher vocational education is inseparable from the development of local economy,which is supported by local industries and industries to a certain extent.This may be an effective development approach to develop higher vocational education by integrated into the characteristic industry of the region.In a new era,the industries and businesses in ethnic areas are constantly changing and developing,meanwhile,they are gradually paying attention to the endogenous development mode of sustainability.The change of development mode will cause changes in the number and professional structure of higher vocational education talents in ethnic areas.The previous higher vocational education personnel training mode and professional skills may not meet the talent needs of the region.Therefore,it is very urgent to explore a new type of higher vocational education in the ethnic areas based on the characteristic industries of the region.At present,there are many studies on higher vocational education in ethnic areas,and many achievements have been received.However,each ethnic area has its own unique place.How to develop higher vocational education based on the endogenous life is still a difficult point.The author selects ethnic areas in Guizhou Province as the research object,and uses questionnaires to obtain the current status of its higher vocational education development.Based on interviews with teachers and enterprises,the author analyzes the advantages and existing advantages of current higher vocational education.The predicament faced by higher vocational education in minority areas of Guizhou Province is mainly reflected in the imperfect system of higher vocational education,insufficient integration of school and government,poor student resources,unreasonable professional settings and insufficient teachers.This is mainly due to the backwardness of the economy in the region,the lack of excellent enterprises,the inability to retain talents and the prejudice of the public on higher vocational education.Based on the theory of endogenous development,the author mainly discusses the measures to develop higher vocational education in ethnic areas from five aspects:(1)Construct a higher vocational education system for student education diversification,talent cultivation individualization and innovation and entrepreneurship;(2)Relying on local ethnic resources,establish ethnic specialties according to market demand;(3)Develop high-level teachers and dual-teachers The program will comprehensively improve the level of the teaching staff;(4)positively promote higher vocational education and actively implement characteristic education to precisely help the poor,attracting excellent students for higher vocational colleges.(5)Constructing a highly integrated and coordinated development model of school and government through school-led,government support and enterprise participation.These methods will provide a certain reference for the endogenous development of higher vocational education in ethnic areas.
