The advent of big data,especially the era of big data in education,has promoted the development and change of education.Learning intervention for students is an important way for students to progress.The realization of personalized learning intervention driven by educational big data is expected to become possible.This study analyzes the impact of technology on the development of learning interventions from an educational perspective,and details the development background,application,and classification of educational big data.At the same time,through the literature review of this research theory,starting from the learning intervention model,combined with the characteristic of personalization,this study confirmed the possibility of transformation of the intervention model and realized the personalized learning intervention model driven by educational big data.The construction of learning supplements and improves the learning intervention model,and aims to provide a theoretical framework for the study of learning intervention with the support of new technologies.In order to confirm the effectiveness of personalized learning interventions driven by educational big data,this study designed and conducted empirical studies to demonstrate the impact of intervention methods on learning performance,learning confidence and learning anxiety of students with different knowledge levels,and conducted Pearson correlation to verify the impact of personalized learning interventions on non-knowledge factors such as self-efficacy,learning commitment,learning confidence,learning motivation,and learning anxiety.In this way,the impact of personalized learning intervention on each student is more accurately and three-dimensionally viewed.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the study found that personalized learning interventions can improve the learning performance of students with different knowledge levels;Although individualized learning interventions have reduced the learning confidence of low-knowledge levels,they have the potential to increase learning confidence for students with intermediate and high-knowledge levels;Personalized learning intervention can reduce the learning anxiety of lowknowledge level students,and the effect is not obvious for students with intermediate knowledge level,but it will increase the learning anxiety of students with high knowledge level.In addition,through the Pearson correlation test,Personalized learning interventions have different correlations with non-knowledge factors.Performance,self-efficacy,and learning confidence have significant positive correlations with personalized learning interventions.There is a negative correlation between learning anxiety,learning investment and personalized learning interventions.And learning motivation has nothing to do with personalized learning interventions.Therefore,the author believes that educational big data will play an increasingly important role in exploring and improving personalized learning interventions.
