Nowadays,the society has stepped into the information age.The prevalence of mobile Internet has greatly promoted the development of education informatization,but it also brings opportunities and challenges for the education.Such social medias as QQ group,blog,forum,podcast,MicroBlog and Wechat are gradually changing the learning mode and lifestyle of college students,among which Wechat as one of the most popular mobile application integrating the communications,social and platform functions,has a huge application space and development potential,it provides a new learning tool for education.Therefore,with the help of WeChat to build and optimize the learner's own digital learning environment,it will be possible to promote and improve people's learning and development,so as to make the learning environment in line with the personalized development.Firstly,the study through the definition of WeChat and Personalized Learning,as well as the analysis of their current situation at home and aboard,put forward the questions of research:in the practical life,how to apply WeChat to teaching and how to help students take full advantage of handhold mobile terminals;Secondly,on the basis of the relevant theory and literature review,put forward the individualized learning model supported by WeChat that could be implemented in the process of practical teaching.Combined the echnical characteristics and potential educational function of WeChat,making a teaching design for the partial unit of "communication",building the WeChat platform and the Mai-Learning platform for students to carry out Personalized learning whenever and wherever.This research explore the students' learning behavior and the individualized performance under the support of WeChat,with the collecting,sorting and analysis of data by using the qualitative research method,combined with the questionnaire survey,the depth interview and the case analysis,the results show that the individual learning activities supported by WeChat built a bridge between online learning and classroom teaching.That's to say,students can carry out an autonomous learning in time by making full use of the learning resources provided by the WeChat platform;Moreover,in the WeChat Community,students can actively participate in the discussion,greatly improving the interaction between teachers and students.In the meanwhile,teachers with the "Mai-Learning" platform can timely analyses the situations of students,target to carry out personalized learning guidance;students,through the tests of classroom and "Mai-Learning",can get a well self-examination and self-reflection of their study.Finally,be means of analyzing thestudents' learning effect,it turn out the learning mode is valid.As for the follow-up research,it needs more rigorous teaching experiment to obtain the support and verification of the data.
