| Problematic Internet use,also called pathological internet use 、Internet addiction or compulsory internet use,refers to the problematic patterns of behavior related to internet use.According to Chinese internet development report produced by CNNIC(China Internet Network Information Center),adolescents are in the high risk of internet addiction among other group of people.At present,a large part of studies are concentrated on the variables such as demographic characteristics、social relations、personality traits,or from the perspective of psychology to analyze the causes and development of problematic internet use.However,few researchers explore the influences from the background of digital age that contemporary adolescents grow up in.Based on the background of digital age,the current study analyzes the factors that influence the internet use of adolescents,so as to provide practical suggestions and countermeasures for preventing and reducing adolescents’ problematic internet use.The current study utilizes the method of questionnaire survey to carry on empirical research.The survey can be divided into two parts: the first part is the demographic information of the subjects,including gender,age,and the basic situation of internet use;the second part is the influences of problematic internet use,including three scales,digital natives scale,problematic internet use scale and online self-regulated learning scale.Among them,digital nativity is independent variable;online self-regulated learning is intermediary variable;problematic internet use is dependent variable.In this study,adolescents in junior middle school are regarded as subjects,and 541 questionnaires has been distributed,of which 324 are valid.The author used SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 22.0 for data analysis and finally come to the conclusion of the study and put forward suggestions and countermeasures.The results revolved that digital nativity is significant related to problematic internet use;digital nativity is significant related to online selfregulated learning;online self-regulated learning is significant related to problematic internet use;online self-regulated learning is partly mediated the relationship between digital nativity and problematic internet use.In this regard,the current research proposed that the new integration of information technology education and digital citizenship education can enhance the individual’s digital abilities,which includes the ability of online self-regulated learning.Moreover,the phenomenon of problematic internet use can also be reduced by the improvement of individuals’ digital abilities. |
