Research On Influencing Factors Of Internet Use Behavior Of Disabled Adolescents

Disabled adolescents are in a critical period of personal development.Due to their own physical and psychological defects,compared with healthy adolescents,they face special difficulties in survival and development.As an important learning tool,rehabilitation platform and communication bridge,the Internet has opened a window for disabled adolescents and has an important impact on their life and study.In order to better understand the Internet use of disabled adolescents,make full use of the Internet to help disabled adolescents,and fill the gap in the research of Internet use of this special group,this paper attempts to construct the influencing factor model of Internet use behavior of disabled adolescents.Based on previous studies,this paper puts forward the preliminary framework of the influencing factor model.At the same time,using the questionnaire survey data,a total of 3586 valid questionnaires are collected.Through the methods of optimal scale regression,stepwise regression,multiple correspondence analysis and cluster analysis,this paper deeply explores the characteristics of Internet use behavior of disabled adolescents,continuously selects the relevant variables,and finally forms the influencing factor model of Internet use behavior.The results show that the impact model of whether disabled adolescents use the Internet or not contains seven independent variables,which are in order of importance:provincial economic level,education level,age,perception of family economic status,category of disability,whether they live with their father and urban and rural areas.On the whole,teenagers with disabilities tend to engage in online activities for entertainment and social purposes.There is a large gap in online ability among groups,and there is a lack of online rehabilitation forms.At the same time,according to the characteristics of Internet use behavior,disabled adolescents can be divided into three categories,namely,people with Internet use difficulties,excellent Internet users and enterprisers.Education,dependence on the Internet,school regulations,whether they independently own Internet equipment and age are important factors affecting the behavior categories of disabled adolescents.By constructing the influencing factor model,this paper deeply explores the influence mechanism of relevant variables on Internet use behavior,enriches the research on minors’ Internet use behavior to a certain extent,and is also consistent with the latest theme of the digital divide,providing a new perspective and direction for further understanding the network behavior of disabled adolescents.
