| With the continuous development of science and technology,information technology will trigger tremendous changes in higher education."Internet + service" has the characteristics of open,transparent,efficient and user-friendly.It can be used as an innovative model for the deep integration of information technology and school matters.It can improve school information construction by increasing user participation in school affairs management and governance.It is conducive to strengthening the autonomous management of schools,integrating school business system data,and facilitating the efficient development of school work.This paper mainly studies the construction of a network communication system for campus informatization.The current network communication system is mainly reflected in the middle of government service portals.However,the system of network communication construction applied in the middle of colleges and universities is few and the functions are relatively complete,and the service functions are also Incomplete,no unified data center,incomplete representation of service items,chaotic service process,no unified service entrance and other issues.Therefore,in order to cope with the tremendous changes of information technology to higher education,and to enable school users to experience the services of handling internal affairs on the Internet,to provide high-quality and convenient online service services to the school,we developed a Netcom after sorting out the needs of the school.Through research and analysis of the needs of the school-netcom service system,this paper divides the system into user management module,role management module,permission configuration module,online service database module,online service smart form module,online service process binding module,and station in the development level.Search module,message center module and log platform module.The main innovation function points are to comprehensively sort out the campus affairs and build a project library;optimize the business process,and redesign the business process online;adopt smart forms to break through the school data barriers,do not need to repeatedly fill in the data,avoid users from "running",and keep the data on the network More circulation.This article elaborates the design and implementation of a smart campus-netcom management system,and introduces the domestic research status,project objectives,and organizational structure of the paper.Then introduced the related technologies needed to implement the system in this article,including distributed services,the Spring Cloud framework of governance,the authorization authentication framework Shiro,the object-relational mapping persistence layer framework Mybatis,static file services,load balancing server Nginx,front-end framework Vue,ELK log system and workflow engine Activiti.Then it expounds the module structure design and database table design of the system,including the functional division of each module of the system and the detailed structure information of the database table.Through text and charts,detailed design drawings,each module of the system is discussed in detail and the specific development method Introduce concretely,and provide the realization effect chart;finally through the functional test and compatibility test of the core functions.The system designed in this paper solves a series of practical problems such as uneven information construction degree,repeated filling of paper forms,unclear division of business departments,diversified online office entrances,complicated offline business,and difficult service supervision.And built a unified network information management campus,business services integration,superior user experience,offline services only need a one-time network communication platform. |
