| We chose 1377 senior high school students in less-developing area of Guangdong as survey objects.we use the questionnaire of personality traits,attribution style,learning burnout to understand the status and characteristics of senior high school students’ learning burnout,personality traits and attribution style,and we also discuss the relationship among them.Furthermore,we construct an attribution style intervention model based on the former studies,so as to intervene accurately.The results showed that the intervention had some effect.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)On the relationship among the personality traits,the attribution style and the learning burnout,The neuroticism dimension is significantly positively correlated with learning burnout and attribution style,while the other dimensions(extraversion,agreeableness and conscientiousness)are significantly negatively correlated with learning burnout and attribution style.The neuroticism has significantly positive predictive effects on the learning burnout,while the predictive effects of conscientiousness are negative.Besides,the attribution style is significantly positively correlated with learning burnout,which has significantly positive predictive effects on the learning burnout.Specifically speaking,the situational attribution and the luck attribution are significantly positively correlated with learning burnout,which can predictive the learning burnout positively.While the effort attribution is significantly negatively correlated with learning burnout,and the predictive effects of it is negative.(2)The attribution style plays a partly mediating role between the personality traits and the learning burnout.(3)Based on the research of the above,we make a group counselling on attribution style,which last for 6 weeks,can affectively improve the level of learning burnout.Those actions are proved effective.According to the above study,we can give a suggestion that in our education,we need pay attention to the training of the healthy personality traits and positively and reasonable attribution style,we can make a counselling on the bases of their characteristics,which can decrease their level of the learning burnout. |
