This study investigated the prevalence and risk factors analysis of the current School Teachers SWB, So as to improve the primary and secondary teachers’ work motivation and mental health,scientific and practical recommendations and measures; by studying the personality traits, Attribution modalities and subjective well-being and the interaction between the three characteristics, building planning Schoolteachers and creating a pleasant working and living environment.The purposes of the research were to explore the relationship among subjective well-being and attribution Style and Personality on primary and middle school teachers and provide theories basis and guide advice for enhance their subjective well-being level. Totally 296 valid teachers subjects were selected randomly from the primary and junior in Anyang city. Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EAP) General Well-being Schedule(GWB) and Attribution Style Questionnaire(AS) were applied to the subjects.The research’s major findings were as follow:1. The SWB of the majority is on a middle level. These teachers show satisfaction with their life and job. There is no significant difference in SWB between the male teachers and the female teachers. The teachers with different length of service as a teacher have hardly differences in the SWB, though those with 6-10 years’ experience of teaching are much more worry about their healthy. There was no significant difference in other dimensions. On a more positive manner attribution way most school teachers.2. The results of this study show that High school,Junior high school and Primary School Teachers’ Personality, attribution and subjective well-being was significantly related, attribution, some intermediary role of personality on SWB influence the process personality traits and attribution methods are great correlation, Personality traits latitude in extraversion has positive correlation with attribution styles in internal and external dimensions, neuroticism had positively with universal dimensions and internal and external dimensions, Psychoticism and internal and external dimensions have negatively correlated.3. Based on personality traits, attribution and mediating effect SWB three clear analysis can be seen, personality traits and attribution methods on SWB only played a portion of influence, which also shows a number of factors of subjective feelings of happiness the impact, so that the individual SWB pre speculate when taking into account the many reasons the daily life of individuals living, working and learning.
