Under the background of rapid economic and social development,the development of vocational education is just at the right time.As one of the important carriers of vocational education,the importance of secondary vocational school is self-evident.The education goal of secondary vocational school is to cultivate a large number of skilled application talents.Whether the talents meet the needs of employers,the key is whether the school can reasonably set up courses.Because the main teaching activities of the school are carried out according to the curriculum,the curriculum can make the training goal of the school be realized.But in reality,there is an awkward situation that the professional counterpart ability and literacy do not match.There is a certain distance between the knowledge and skill training that the graduates of vocational school learn in school and the knowledge,skill and accomplishment that the talents need to have in the employing unit,which means that the curriculum does not meet the requirements of the employing unit.Therefore,it is urgent to improve and adjust the existing curriculum.Starting from the demand of Tibet’s economic development for talents,this study investigates the ability demand of employers in Lhasa for property management talents,including the knowledge,quality and skills they should have.This paper investigates the curriculum ofproperty management major in Lhasa No.2 Secondary Vocational School,to see whether the property management course of the school has cultivated these abilities,so as to judge whether the talents trained in the secondary vocational school meet the needs of the employer.If the two do not adapt,analyze the existing problems,on this basis,according to the relevant theory of curriculum theory,optimize and adjust the existing curriculum.It is mainly divided into the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,domestic and foreign literature review,research content and methods.The second chapter defines the related concepts and summarizes the theoretical basis.The third chapter introduces the current situation of property management curriculum in Lhasa No Practice and other aspects of the analysis of secondary vocational property management professional curriculum is reasonable,found that the school property management professional curriculum knowledge is old,out of practice;theory courses more practice courses less;training conditions are not enough.According to the content of the third chapter,the fourth chapter puts forward some problems on the curriculum of secondary vocational schools,such as the imbalance of the proportion of theoretical courses and practical courses,the single content of courses and the traditionalteaching methods.In the fifth chapter,according to the problems of curriculum in secondary vocational schools,some suggestions are put forward,such as increasing the class hours and the scope of curriculum content,and enriching the teaching methods.Chapter six is the conclusion of the study.In this study,literature review,interview and questionnaire are used.Based on the analysis of the curriculum of property management major in the second secondary vocational school of Lhasa,this paper tries to put forward some suggestions that can be improved in order to make the talents trained in the school meet the needs of the employers,and increase bricks and tiles for the economic development of Lhasa.
