Practical teaching is an important part of the teaching activities of the property management major in secondary vocational schools,and it is of great value for the realization of the goal of training professionals in the property management profession.However,practical teaching is also a weak link in the teaching practice of the property management major in secondary vocational schools,and it is urgent to strengthen research.This research collected text materials such as the talent training program of the property management major of X Secondary Vocational School,and self-edited the "Questionnaire for the Practice Teaching of the Vocational Property Management Professional"(Teacher Volume)and the "Questionnaire for the Practice Teaching of the Vocational Property Management Professional"(Student volume),surveyed teachers and students of the property management major of X Secondary Vocational School,and comprehensively understood the current status of practical teaching of property management major in X Secondary Vocational School from the aspects of practical curriculum setting and arrangement,practical teaching methods,practical teaching facilities,teaching staff,practical teaching evaluation,etc.The survey believes that there are some problems in different aspects of the property management major of X Secondary Vocational School,such as the curriculum needs to be optimized,the teaching methods are not properly used,the practical teaching facilities and equipment are not perfect,the teacher team construction needs to be strengthened,the practical teaching evaluation is not perfect,and the practical teaching management system needs to be improved.To deal with these problems,it is recommended to take the following measures: optimize the content and arrangement of practical teaching;reduce the proportion of traditional teaching methods and achieve diversification of teaching methods;strengthen the construction of practical teaching facilities and equipment;strengthen the construction of the teaching team of practical teaching;improve the evaluation system of practical teaching.
