Research On The Effectiveness Of Vocational Education Serving Regional Industrial Development

In recent years,China has vigorously developed vocational education.How to deepen the reform of vocational education system and ensure the effectiveness of industrial development in the regions it serves has become a hot topic for domestic scholars.Vocational education,as one of the most closely related forms of education for regional industrial development,which plays an important role in cultivating highly skilled professionals.The study on the effectiveness of vocational education serving the development of regional industries is of great significance to the development of regional industries under the new normal.This article takes Jiangxi Province as a case,starting from the dialectical relationship of regional education development of vocational education services,using relevant indicators from 2015 to 2018 and this paper was using empirical research methods to analyze the effectiveness of regional education development of vocational education services.The research shows that the professional settings of vocational education in China can basically meet the needs of the three major industries.Among them,the professional settings are actively involved in the development of emerging strategic industries.However,problems in the effectiveness of China’s vocational education service regional industry development include the need to strengthen the synergy between professional settings and industrial structure,the matching between the three major industries and the internal structure of the industry needs to be improved and the role of vocational education in serving local industry development is not obvious.Insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation.Based on the analysis of the effectiveness indicators of the industrial development in Jiangxi Province’s vocational education service region,the reasons for the mismatch between vocational education and industrial development are explored.Finally,this article proposes countermeasures for vocational education to serve regional industrial development,including targeting regional industrial development,achieving professional planning,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,accelerating the vocational education grouping process,and constructing flexible and practical vocational education courses.It is hoped that the research in this article will bring useful inspiration to the harmonious development of vocational education and regional industries.
