The Regional Economy Of Secondary Vocational Education Service In Fujian Province Under The Background Of Integration Of Industry And Education Developmental Research

As an important part of vocational education,secondary vocational education has played an important role in economic construction.The function of serving the society has been strengthened day by day.It is decided that the secondary vocational education and regional economic development are inextricably linked,whether the secondary vocational education service local economic development can face the market for talent training and scientific research is related to the scale and speed of regional economic development.In order to implement the outline of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010 / 2020)and the spirit of the National Educational work Conference,the Fujian Education Department issued the Development of Modern Vocational Education in Fujian Province.The Plan(2017-2020)proposes that secondary vocational education should be given priority to development,with the aim of establishing morality as the foundation,service development as the purpose,employment-oriented promotion,integration of industry and education as the starting point,and the overall development of vocational education at all levels and all types of vocational education as a whole.To optimize the integration of vocational education resources,deepen the reform of system and mechanism,innovate the mode of talent training,and provide technical and talent support for the economic development of Fujian Province.The 13 th five-year Plan period was the decisive period for Fujian Province to take the lead in building a well-off society in an all-round way,and it was also a key period for the construction of the Hercynian Economic Zone.The development of the economy required a large number of talents to provide them with intellectual support.Secondary vocational schools are also required to provide targeted technical support.Based on the benign interaction between secondary vocational education and economic development in Fujian Province,combined with the background of integration of industry and education,this paper comprehensively applies the method of literature analysis and the comparative analysis of data to the history and present situation of the development of secondary vocational education in Fujian Province.The present situation of the economic development is analyzed,and the demand of the economic development to the secondaryvocational education and the present stage of the secondary vocational education in serving the regional economic development are emphatically analyzed.Combined with the theory of human capital and regional competitiveness,this paper comprehensively considers the sustainability of the development of secondary vocational schools,the necessity of the existence of enterprises themselves and the importance of regional economic development,in the light of the achievements and shortcomings of the three aspects,including the theory of human capital and the theoretical basis of regional competitiveness.Some suggestions are given to train and introduce middle and high level talents,deepen the integration of industry and education,strengthen the service consciousness of enterprises,strengthen the government investment and policy support,and adjust the layout of major and university reasonably,and so on.Let secondary vocational education better serve the regional economic development.
