| The on-boarding education and training for college graduates is not only the first stage for companies to show their cultural value and business system,but also an important turning point for college graduates to enter their career and change their life scenes.With the development of Internet technology,more and more training services have been transferred from offline to online.The establishment of on-boarding education and training platform has become a key research and development project of service companies,especially internet companies.However,fierce competition in the third-party service market makes such educational products increasingly homogeneous and expensive.In addition,with the acceleration of market changes and the rapid updating of knowledge,the life cycle of training products is shortened,and companies need to frequently make periodic adjustments and updates according to the training purpose.Nowadays,most internet companies optimize the staff training system with the new form of "offline+online" education and training,which combines their own situation.And in the development of training products,more and more attention is paid to improve the user experience of new employees and enterprise administrators.Therefore,this paper will discuss the on-boarding education and training system and training strategy that applicable to contemporary college graduates,then take the microservice platform for SF Express college graduates’ on-boarding education and training as a case to conduct interaction design research.As a first-class comprehensive logistics service provider in China,SF Express has a huge business scale and job demand,which makes the company have a large number of new employees every year.So the company need to gradually optimize the contents and functions of on-boarding training according to the market development trend,so as to enhance the user experience of the microservice platform.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research and inductive reasoning.Firstly,by analyzing the elements of the company education and training system,it summarizes the general development mode of the on-boarding education and training system under the characteristics of the Internet era.Then combines with the domestic and foreign training cases to explore the on-boarding education training strategy that suitable for the modern companies.And the paper puts forward the optimization strategy on the SF Express on-boarding training system and product development status.What’s more,it conducts user research for the main users of on-boarding education and training products — — the administrators and graduates.Then understands the on-boarding education and training market and product development status by doing desktop research.The representative products would be used for competitive analysis,which includes visual style,page frames,and functional modules according to User Experience Dive-factor Model.Then combines with SF Express human resources training plan and platform development needs,the paper puts forward the product optimization plan.Finally,the information architecture of front-end training interface and back-end management interface is established according to product positioning and usage scenarios,and the interaction design scheme is made according to the principles of user experience design.After the output of the design scheme,the project enters the stage of product development and testing.The product development divides into front end and back end,and the test result would be used to optimize the product.The development process of the project,the design methods and theories in each process,and the innovation in the enterprise B-end education product design can be used for reference by other similar user experience design projects. |
