Education is the foundation for the country.Preschool education is an essential component of basic education and lays a foundation for school education and lifelong education of our country.The positive exploration of kindergarten professionals’ on-the-job training all over the world can be beneficial to improve the level of kindergarten professionals.It is necessary for kindergarten professionals to carry on researches of on-the-job training.In recent years,child abuse events appear one after another in different areas of China,which makes wicked effects on kindergartens and preschool education industry.These child abuse events show the deficiency of teachers’ ethics,legal awareness and relevant educational and teaching skills.This is the reality for kindergarten professionals to carry on researches of on-the-job training.This paper uses survey study,case study method and literature research method.It uses Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,social man and human capital theory as the theoretical foundation.Firstly,it introduces related research reviews,theories and concepts.Then it analyzes foreign and domestic current situation of kindergarten teachers’ on-the-job training by analyzing foreign and domestic current situation of kindergarten teachers’ on-the-job training and condition of teaching staff.Afterwards,it finds existing problems by researching and analyzing G district’s current situation of work of kindergarten professionals’ on-the-job training in Tangshan city.Existing problems include incomplete training needs analyses,fewer training methods and more theoretical training content and less technical training content,incomplete training effect evaluation and the lack of modern training idea.Finally,it puts forward improving approaches to problems of kindergarten professionals’ on-the-job training.Improving approaches include perfecting training needs analyses,perfecting training methods and training content,perfecting training effect evaluation and strengthening modern training idea.
