The cultivation and management of social work professionals defined in this paper is the training and management of social work professionals by social work institutions,which is distinguished from the training and management mode of colleges and other talents.Based on the assessment results of Xinjiang’s 2016 "three regions" talent support plan,this paper explores the cultivation and management of Xinjiang social work professionals.Through the domestic and international social work professional talents cultivation management research and analysis,the following conclusion: social work talent team construction in Xinjiang,after years of development has made remarkable achievement,especially in the autonomous region characteristics of talent cultivation of social work is much,but at the same time,compared with the mainland has many problems,the author puts forward the Suggestions and countermeasures to solve these problems,hoping to autonomous professional talent team to provide reference for the development of social work.The research of this paper can be divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of the "three regions" talent support plan,explains the research purpose and significance of this paper,and defines the professional social work talents.The second part through the domestic and foreign social work professional personnel training management comb,obtains the domestic and foreign training management experience.The third part is a description of the social work professional talent training management in Xinjiang,through "three areas" talent support plan of the evaluation results,analysis of the current management status of social work professional talent training in Xinjiang.On the fourth part is based on the result of the part,summed up the Xinjiang social work professional talent training management existing in the training environment status,training goal and value,evaluation,organization structure,operation ways and other aspects.The fifth part is the cause analysis.From the perspective of social system theory,the causes of the above problems are analyzed.The sixth part is the countermeasures and Suggestions for the training and management of Xinjiang socialwork professionals.In the end,I will summarize this research and put forward my own opinions,hoping to provide a reference for the development of social work professionals in the autonomous region.
