As the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI),big data,cloud computing and mobile internet technology,smart education arouse the increasing attention from the society.Various mainstream services of education,such as smart campus,smart teaching,smart management,smart evaluation,smart research and smart services have realized deep integration with information technology and education.However,smart education is not simply the development of educational informatization,but a profound change in the standards of talent demand and education pattern.It is the reform of talent training brought about by the development of intelligent technology,which is directly reflected in the reform of training objectives,as well as the reform of course content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation brought about by it.In 2012,the ten year development plan for educational informatization(2011-2020)proposed to formulate standards for preschool teachers' educational technical ability,encourage teachers to explore and study the integration of information technology and kindergarten course teaching,which undoubtedly pointed out the talent training direction of preschool teachers based on the background of smart education.To study the current situation of preschool education training,analyze the new demands of smart education on preschool education training,and find out the gap between their and the direction of reform is not only to enrich the guidance of smart education theory,but also to reform the practice of talent training.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,mainly introduced the research background,research significance,research content and so on,through the analysis of the new requirements of technological change on education,compared to the defects of the present preschool education training,and analyze the smart education research status at home and abroad,on the basis of scientific research methods,research idea is worked out.And in this chapter I also define the core concepts of smart education,preschool education and talent training,and points out the theoretical basis of this study.The second chapter,through the analysis of the research results,considers the necessity of integrating wisdom education into the process of talent cultivation of preschool education majors in vocational colleges.The third chapter,based on the analysis of the interview data,studies the current situation of preschool education professional training in vocational colleges and gives the reasons.Chapter four carries out the specific teaching practice design of preschool education major and verifies the relevant practice of the research.The last chapter summarizes the innovation points and shortcomings of the whole research and points out the direction for the follow-up.
