| As an important means of physical education in China,calisthenics has been included in the syllabus of many colleges and universities and become an important content of physical education.With the deepening of educational reform,calisthenics curriculum also needs more abundant and perfect educational teaching mode to meet the needs of current project development,educational reform and learners’ own development.Bilingual teaching(both in English and Chinese)as a new teaching mode into the university aerobics class,to some extent,can make learners to aerobics learning more diversified,and in the master relevant technical skills at the same time,gain a better language skills,in the face of the future employment pressure,more competitive.At present,the bilingual calisthenics teaching in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province is developing well,but there are still some problems to be solved and some problems to be improved in the bilingual teaching in colleges and universities.This research USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis of northwestern Polytechnical university,xi ’an Jiaotong university,Chang ’an university aerobics bilingual teaching situation of 16 Shaanxi universities such as investigation,through to the sorting,induction,analysis to the research result,aimed at a targeted provide constructive Suggestions for the bilingual teaching in colleges and universities aerobics class,the conclusion is as follows:(1)As a new teaching mode of bilingual teaching in the application of the Shaanxi province colleges and universities aerobics class is relatively common,most of the teachers and students to each other with satisfactory level of English,teachers and the students’ English level of bilingual teaching of basic can guarantee,but differences between teachers’ and students’ basic English level,through the effective way to improve.(2)In the process of calisthenics bilingual teaching,there are still some deficiencies in English pronunciation and vocabulary.Students’ overall participation in bilingualism in class is low,and most of them are "listening".The lack of standardized teaching materials makes students neglect to preview before class and review after class.Students’ lack of comprehensive English ability leads to their delayed understanding of knowledge.(3)the development of the bilingual teaching from two aspects of positive factors and negative factors,the influence of positive factors,including teachers of highteaching ability,teachers and students in English learning needs and pay attention to and the influence of the trend of internationalization of the project,and the unfavorable factors mainly include the lack of teachers’ ability to use English,basic English levels of different students,standardization of the lack of bilingual teaching and the training way of learning English and different type of effect on the quality of bilingual teaching of aerobics.(4)The countermeasures for the development of calisthenics bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province should not be generalized,but should be implemented according to different actual conditions,and teachers with different English proficiency should improve their English using ability by different methods.Implement the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude and improve their enthusiasm for bilingual learning;Attach importance to bilingual teaching materials;At the same time,the current teaching conditions of colleges and universities can basically meet the requirements of calisthenics bilingual teaching,which can be further improved by adding audio materials such as videos and CDS on calisthenics bilingual teaching. |
