In the modern world,achievements are strong and growth is weak;the mind is impetuous and the spirit is weak;external “success” is sought after by all,while those who point to inner growth are ignored and unconcerned.Growth is the symbol of the existence of human life,the symbol of the existence of human spiritual and soul,if people lose growth,human life,human soul how to place,how to repose? What makes a human a human? If this phenomenon stays in education,it is the misfortune of the people.Because education is to teach people,is to make people become people,make people continue to grow and develop the true,good,beautiful human is to make people become their true self.“Success mindset” mainly points to the external goal of "success”,which makes people become " tools " even when they reach the goal of " success”,and makes "people" no longer be "real people" and "complete people”.“Growth mindset” aims at " growth”,takes human growth as the core,and pays attention to human existence,human multi-integrity,and human sustainable development and so on.The essence of our education lies in the education guided by this kind of mindset and concept.The growth of human being and the making of human being is not only the process of education but also the aim and essence of education.Therefore,we need to move towards a growth mindset.Although the “success mindset” takes the success as the core and the “growth mindset” takes the growth as the core,but the two are not absolutely one or the other,the “success mindset” also has the growth factor,the “growth mindset” also has the success factor.Therefore,the former is divided into two specific types of thinking: For Success and success;for Success and Growth.The latter fall into two categories: Success for Growth;and success for Growth.It is not that education does not require success at all,but rather an educational mindset of “success for growth”and so does the individual.The existence of these two kinds of thinking in students and teachers is not derived from nothing,but the environment,system,culture,spirit,affects each individual.Of course,the individual’s own internal factors.Students and teachers often live in multiple environments,such as school,family and society,so these environments affect the formatio of their “success mindset or growth mindset”.For example,the formation of students’ “success mindset” is influenced by the school’s “success-oriented” education,that is,the evaluation system of “only academic”and “only paper”;the Curriculum Design of “only practical” and “only employment”;the “authority and oppression” of successful thinking teachers,that is,“zero-error” education,and the child discipline of alienation.Humanistic,growth-oriented learning content,growth-oriented teachers,excellent family culture and students’ self-reflection influence students’ “growth mindset”.Teachers’ success-oriented thinking is influenced by the external "five-only" teacher evaluation mechanism and the internal misplacement of identity The growth-type thinking is influenced by the family style of adults,the growth-type tutor and the pursuit of self-inner concept.The “success mindset” is not the educational concept that we should advocate or seek,but the “growth mindset”is the important educational concept to realize the essence of education.Education helps people to grow,“growth mindset”helps people to grow.The building blocks of “growth mindset”are such humanistic principles as “sincere respect”,“reflection”,“spirit”,“unity of knowledge and practice”,and “cultivation of ambition”,etc.Therefore,each of us needs to grow our own spiritual soul with these humanistic spiritual realms.To reflect on self,to reflect on education,and then to integrate knowledge with practice,to let the thought of growth become flesh body in the process of “grinding on things”.The development of “growth mindset” is based on the individual in the "neutral" or "White Board" state.If you want to make “success mindset”become “growth mindset”,the university should take the initiative to provide growth-oriented living space for teachers and students,create a good evaluation mechanism,and pay attention to the individual’s internal life and growth needs.Teachers should make growth become self-noumenon by self-reflection and self-reflection,and then educate students with growth mind.Students should be self-conscious to seek growth within themselves under the growth-oriented educational environment created by schools,actively learn from the growth-oriented thinking model;Family should actively integrate the good traditional Chinese culture to raise children in the spirit of growth.Only the education system inside and outside the common transformation of thinking,to create a growth environment,growth-oriented thinking for the formation and transformation of a stable and orderly space.
