This thesis selects the sports fitness app as the research object,taking a relatively successful Keep App as an example,based on the user experience theory,using literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods to study the user experience,and finally find out the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve them.After choosing the topic,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the research status and related theories of user experience at home and abroad,grasps the research background,research status and development prospects of user experience,and then uses Hassenzahl user experience model theory as the theoretical basis and theoretical support for Keep research on the user experience of app.Finally,the research found that: the gender of users has no impact on the user experience effect,and different age groups will have an impact on the user experience;the IPA analysis of user experience more comprehensively and carefully shows the status of each business of Keep,so as to help find the business breakthrough caliber,which is conducive to finding problems then solving problems;on the whole,user experience of Keep App is relatively good.Most index projects can get better user experience effect.Keep has its success.However,after research and analysis,we should also see that Keep still has many shortcomings and faces many problems.The user experience of Keep still needs to be improved.
