Since the fast pace and tense of modern urban life,all kinds of Civilization Disease occur among the city crowed.Both health awareness and fitness requirements are rising when the light speed of economic in our country,followed by a great movement of Whole People Fitness.Currently,the development of traditional fitness industry of our country is in a bottleneck,meanwhile,in the 21 st century,health industry has being played a significant role regarding leads the global economic development and the progress of the society,which with a huge market potential.At present,the development of the industry which combined with fitness and health in our country is still in its previous grow-up stage,it comes to several problems on the immaturity manage-mode,inappropriate specifications of community operation,and the bad feedback of user experience and etc.As the result of this situation,the most important thing is to improve user experience towards the service of fitness and health.This paper born from the research on the theory of user experience in the first place,and it combed and generalized the user experience elements nowadays and the Hierarchical Model for which providing the theoretical proofs of the construction of Element Model of this paper.Secondly,summed up the advantage of the development in the fitness and health industry,introduced the existing state of affairs,theopportunity and the challenge in our country,and generalized the existing problems and the latest user experience of the products of fitness and health services.Further more,established a conceptual model for user experience elements of fitness and health service products by generalizing the elements by categories and observing user operation and user interview,and the user experience elements were divided into functional layers,perceptual layers,and emotional layers in three levels,including eleven elements,increased by the relationship from rational to emotional.Thirdly,through collecting the survey and user Self-Reporting Scales of the experiences in fitness and health services product,inspect towards the conceptual model,correlation analysis method was used to verify the correctness of each element,followed by the regression equation,and clarified the majority influence elements of the user experience in fitness and health services product,Finally,under the guidance of the element model,and combined with the designed expression of the user experience elements in fitness and health services product,determined product functional requirements,carried out designation and experience,and finally completed the whole App design.This article studies the user experience arrangements and elements of fitness and health service products,and clarifies from which dimensions the user experience of such products should be improved and optimized,and be appreciated to provide integration and development of the fitness industry and health industry through design practices examples and references.
