Study On The Training Status And Development Of Xi’an Youth Basketball Training Institution

The youth basketball training institution,which mainly serves youth basketball training,has become an indispensable social force for the development of basketball.The level of youth basketball training institutions directly affects their basketball ability and popularity.This paper in order to xi’an as the research object,the teaching of youth basketball training institutions for xi’an 8 youth basketball training institutions teaching present situation investigation,discovered the existing problems and analyze its reasons,and interviews with experts and the exchange,summarizes the teaching level of xi’an youth basketball training institutions and teaching characteristic.On this basis,further improve the teaching level of youth basketball training institutions,highlight the characteristics of youth basketball training institutions teaching,improve the teaching idea of youth basketball training institutions to provide the reference.This article mainly uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and interview method to investigate 8 private sports training institutions in Xi’an,comprehensively analyzes the teaching ideas,teaching plans and teaching organization forms of the youth basketball training institutions.Teaching content.,Teaching methods,teaching evaluation content and existing problems.Concluded as follow:1.From the perspective of teaching philosophy and teaching objectives,most of the teaching concepts of xi’an youth basketball training institutions focus on the cultivation of comprehensive quality and individual ability,and some of them have imperfect and unclear teaching concepts.Although most of them have propaganda slogans,the incomplete implementation of teaching objectives and concepts hinders the healthy and sustainable development of training institutions.2.From the teaching organization form and method,teaching contents,xi’an youth basketball training institutions in more than ten years,under the market demand of institutions for training course is given priority to with 2 hours of interdisciplinary training,formed a relatively complete teaching organization form and the diversification of teaching content,pay attention to the development of adolescent comprehensive quality with the game experience.The teaching content design"emphasizes skill,ignores emotion,emphasizes actual combat,ignore theory";teaching methods" emphasize tradition and ignore innovation;lack of teaching model and design of teaching evaluation projects,the imperfect hardware conditions of training institutions,such as the site,equipment and training facilities,have restricted the teaching of training institutions and the development of training institutions.3.As far as the common problems in training institutions are concerned,there are too many students in Xi’an’ s youth basketball training institutions,and there is no unified teaching effect evaluation mechanism,which leads to the inability of some students’ learning effects.At present,Xi’an youth basketball training institutions still lack a unified basketball coach management platform.4.The coach team tends to be young,with a gender imbalance,with male coaches accounting for the majority;The degree of full-time coaches is not high,and part-time coaches are more than full-time coaches.Students majoring in basketball in sports colleges have become the main force of coaches in training institutions.The following Suggestions are made for the existing problems:1.The person in charge of the Xi’an basketball training institution should raise awareness of the importance of youth basketball training activities,formulate relevant development plans,and introduce corresponding supporting measures,and should strengthen investment and construction of hardware facilities and equipment.,Scientific guidance,effective use of venues,provide convenient conditions for basketball teaching,guide training for scientific and reasonable teaching management activities.2.Basketball training in basketball training students should study and summarizes the core purpose of the event,then asked course instructor adhering to the "specific goals,advocate complementary clear,rich in content," the principle to construct the specific teaching content,then invite professional system of assessment of teaching content,which fully ensure the systemic and the rationality of the teaching content.3.Set up short-term training courses for coaches,introduce advanced scientific training methods,strengthen coaches ’assessment and management,take various forms to strengthen coaches’ training,improve coaches ’teaching and training level,and further improve coaches’ level.Improve the coach’s overall coaching level.4.Xi’an Youth Basketball Training Institute continues to maintain rapid and high-quality development,and pursues excellence on the basis of ensuring diverse teaching services.
