Cheerleading originated from USA,gradually popular in the World through NBA.The development of cheerleading in our country is due to the youthful and energetic performance of colleges and universities in Chinese University Basketball Association,which impressed the people of whole country.Since then,this program has developed rapidly in our country.Nowadays,there has 60 countries of the world have developed exercise of cheerleading,which has become a extremely representative sport of the top sports events.Among them,the most traditional item is dance cheerleading,which becomes one of most graceful and charming events.With the continuous development of the project and constant change of rules,the complete arrangement of flower ball is also developing towards the direction of high sports tense,high difficulty technical movement,integration of lifting and cooperation.A good set of flower ball difficulty action is essential,and the jump type of difficulty action can fully show the explosive force,core strength and flexibility of athletes,so the quality and specifications of the jump type of difficulty action determine the comprehensive ability of one team.By observing the competition of the World’s first college students cheerleading tournament in 2018,we found that some teams used the most frequently difficulty type is the jump type movements,among which the powerful foreign teams’ jump types of difficulty is in well design,which selected the unusual double jump or the three straight jump and the flexion leg splits the three jump.Giving people with intensively visual attack,forcing and completing the team overall strength in the big collective form.Chines team has reduced the difficulty in the overall difficulty movement choice,the higher difficulty is completed by the small collective,this indicates Chines athlete must add training in the jump type difficulty.However,at present,the training method for jumping difficulty movement in flower ball cheerleading is relatively single and the content is simple.Function training has a long history and clear purpose training,which can make the whole training programme more professional,individualized and practical.In this paper,18 students of Xi’an college of physical education were selected to carry out a 16-week training experiment in order to improve the quality and specification of the jumping difficulty of the flower ball cheerleading athletes.The improvement of the difficulty training of flower ball.Cheerleading and jumping are analyzed by means of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and testing.The effects of flexibility and explosive force on the special qualities of jumping difficulty in Physical exercise function training are compared and analyzed.The following conclusions are obtained:1.Physical exercise function trainingis a form of training with a clear purpose,so the flexibility and explosive force of functional training can not only improve the quality and specifications of the difficult movements of the ball cheerleaders,but also make the training methods of the ball cheerleaders more professional and individualized.2.By comparing and analyzing the experimental data of 16 weeks,it was found that the improvement speed and effect of the functional training method used in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.While enriching the training methods and contents,improving the training interest and concentration of athletes,but also gradually increase the difficulty of training to improve the self-regulation and control of athletes,Consequently the quality of training greatly improved.3.Integrating Physical exercise function trainingcan improve the explosive force needed by the flower ball cheerleading athletes to complete the difficulty of jumping,and improve the height and speed of take-off when the difficulty is completed.The training not only improves the difficulty of jumping but also improves the athlete’s special strength.4.Flower ball cheerleading athletes needs excellent flexibility and body control ability to complete the difficulty of jumping movement in time and space graceful movement smooth stretch.Using the practice method with functional training can improve the flexibility of athletes and reduce the probability of sports injury.This paper not only enriches in theory the contents and methods of the training of jumping difficulty in our country,but also formulates the training plan and content according to the characteristics of the project in practice,which makes the training more targeted and improves the athletes’ special quality more quickly.
