The flexibility and explosive force is an important factor affecting the results of track and field.In athletics,the requirement of flexibility and explosive force of the project have a lot.As everyone knows,flexibility and power are two contradictory factors,the traditional method of existing track tension so that the muscles and tendons,ligaments and connective tissue with the "soft" and the lack of toughness and initial length,in the physiological range of muscle length increased with the increasing of the speed of muscle contraction,muscle contraction force and amplitude.The explosive force produced mainly from two aspects: the first is the ability of muscle fiber contraction,the second is the elastic potential energy of elastic element in muscle storage.To improve the ability of muscle fiber contraction by means of reasonable exercise and make full use of the elastic element in muscle elastic potential energy stored.PNF PNF in rehabilitation Is widely used in the treatment of joint motion range and improve muscle,joint flexibility,and has obvious effect.This gives us the means of rehabilitation in track and field training on new ideas.But,on the strength of PNF stretching method are controversial,but most studies suggest that the PNF of maximum muscle strength,muscle strength and muscle to improve the effect of good endurance,even negative effects.Therefore,the PNF stretching one "-relaxation method(HR)for improved experiment,research improved PNF can improve the lower limbs flexibility at the same time,as far as possible to reduce the explosive force,and then let it become the daily track and improve flexibility in the training of explosive and a new training method.The subjects of this study are Chengdu Sport University sports department 2014 level Sanda class of 66 male students.This experiment by stretching the hamstring muscle and the femoral head four(tensile each muscle group two)to assess the lower limb,flexibility and explosive force by indirect measurement body antexion and standing long jump.Based on the experimental design before do a pre experiment(10),then the experimental design experimental design.This paper is divided into horizontal control group(40 people)and longitudinal control group(16 people)two groups.The control group and the transverse longitudinal control group were divided into four groups: "traditional stretching training group","routine PNF group","modified PNF1 group and modified PNF2 group.Each group of warm-up activities before the experiment,after the warm-up warm-up activity test immediate body antexion and standing long jump,that is before the experiment results in this paper(traditional stretch training group is before the experiment Warm-up activities),then each group according to different training methods for training,the experimental group immediately after the completion of training in the test 4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN and 20 MIN of the 6 time points on the body antexion and standing long jump.Based on the experimental data for the analysis results are as follows:1.longitudinal comparison of the experimental groups(1)modified PNF1 group stretching duration compared with before experiment sitand reach in the experiment immediately,4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN were significantly increased(P<0.01),showed a significant increase in 20MIN(P<0.05).The duration of the comparison of experimental results before the standing long jump was decreased significantly in the 4MIN(P<0.01),a significant increase in 8MIN(P<0.01),a significant increase in 12MIN(P<0.05).(2)modified PNF2 group stretching duration compared with before experiment sitand reach in the experiment immediately,4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN,20 MIN were significantly increased(P<0.01).The duration of the comparison experiment before sitand reach decreased significantly in the immediate(P<0.01)that was very significant increase in 8MIN(P<0.01),20 MIN was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)the conventional PNF stretch training group duration compared with before the experiment body antexion in the experiment immediately,4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN,20 MIN were significantly increased(P<0.01).The duration of the comparison experiment before the standing long jump in the experiment immediately,4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN.20 MIN decreased significant(P<0.01).(4)the traditional training group of each time point for tensile experiments before body antexion in the experiment immediately,4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN,20 MIN have no significant difference(P>0.05).The duration of the comparison experiment before the standing long jump in the experiment immediately,4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN,no significant the difference of 20MIN(P>0.05).2.transverse comparison of the experimental groups(1)modified PNF1 tension training group compared to the conventional PNF stretch training group at different time points sitand reach the paired T test in the experiment was significantly decreased(P<0.01),4MIN,20 MIN decreased significantly(P<0.05),a significant increase in 8MIN(P<0.01,16MIN)in Qi flat.Each time point of standing long jump paired T test concluded that: in the experiment immediately,4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN were significantly increased(P<0.01),20 MIN Qi Ping(P<0.01).(2)modified PNF1 tension training group compared with the traditional stretch training group at different time points sitand reach the paired T test that showed a significant increase in 4MIN and 12MIN(P<0.05),showed a significant increase in 8MIN(P<0.01)at each time point of standing long jump in the paired T test 4MIN was significantly decreased(P<0.01),8MIN Qi Ping(P<0.05),12 MIN,16MIN were significantly increased(P<0.01),the 20 MIN flush.(3)modified PNF2 tension training group compared to the conventional PNF stretch training group at different time points sitand reach the paired T test in the 4MIN was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the other time points are decreased,but no significant difference(P>0.05).Each time point of standing long jump performance of paired T test that in experiment 4MIN,8MIN,immediately,12 MIN,16MIN,20 MIN were significantly increased(P<0.01).(4)modified PNF2 tension training group compared with the traditional stretch training group at different time points sitand reach the paired T test in the 4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN were significantly increased(P<0.05).Each time point of standing long jump paired T test show that in 4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN,16MIN,20 MIN were flush the difference is very significant(P<0.01).(5)the conventional PNF tensile training group compared with the traditional stretch training group at different time points sitand reach the paired T test in the 4MIN,8MIN are very significant growth(P<0.01),in 12 MIN,16MIN,20 MIN were significantly increased(P<0.05).Each time point of standing long jump draw paired T test in 4MIN,8MIN,12 MIN decreased significantly(P<0.05),16 MIN,20MIN no significant difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion] 1 modified PNF1 tension training group compared with the traditional stretch training group,not only can increase the flexibility,but also can improve the explosive force of the lower limbs in 8 minutes and 12 minutes duration two points.The improved PNF1 training group compared to the conventional PNF tensile tensile training group can maintain flexibility at the same time,can reduce the loss of the explosive force of the lower limbs a sustained period of time.2 improved PNF2 training group compared with the traditional tensile tensile training group can not only increase the flexibility,but also can improve the explosive force of the lower limbs in 8 minutes.The modified PNF2 tensile training group compared to the conventional PNF stretch training group can maintain flexibility at the same time,can reduce the explosive force in a continuous time point loss.3 in conclusion,either modified PNF1 or modified PNF2 compared to the traditional track and field training group can increase in tensile flexibility at the same time,can improve the explosive force in a continuous time point.In contrast to conventional PNF stretching training group can increase the flexibility and reduce the power loss in a sustained period of time.
