Basketball players in the process of training and competition,instant and rapid start,braking,acceleration,deceleration,running,take-off and other actions all need the support of excellent lower limb explosive force.After many years of exploration and practice,plymetric training has been proved to be an effective training method to develop the explosive power of lower limbs,and has been widely used in training.plymetric training can improve the neuromuscular efficiency and enhance the action mode,and it is also an important training means for basketball players to develop their jumping quality.The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of plymetric training on the explosive force of lower limbs of basketball players,and to verify whether plymetric training can better develop the explosive force of lower limbs than resistance squat training.By using the methods of literature,experiment and data statistics,this study recruited 22 men’s basketball players from Wuhan Institute of physical education.They were divided into experimental group(12)and control group(10).The experimental group was intervened by plymetric training,and the control group was intervened by traditional lower limb strength training.After six weeks of training,The test indexes of explosive power of lower limbs,such as maximum strength of lower limbs,standing long jump,10 yard sprint,standing jump touch height,run-up double leg take-off touch height,run-up single leg take-off touch height,peak power of lower limbs and average power of lower limbs,were compared and analyzed by SPSS statistical software,and the following results were obtained:(1)experimental group compared with the control group before and after the experiment,the training effect of the maximum strength of the lower limbs,double leg take-off touch height,single leg take-off touch height,peak power of the lower limbs and average power of the lower limbs were significantly improved(P < 0.05),indicating that the plymetric training and resistance large strength squat training can improve the training effect of these five indexes.(2)The results of the control group in the experimental group did not significantly improve the performance of the 10 yard race(P > 0.05),indicating that the plymetric training and resistance strength squat training can not significantly improve the performance of the 10 yard race.(3)By comparing the training effect of the experimental group and the control group,it is concluded that there are significant differences in the maximum strength of lower limbs,standing jump touch height,approach double leg take-off touch height,approach single leg take-off touch height,and lower limb peak power(P < 0.05).The experimental results show that the plymetric training has better effect on these five scores than the resistance large strength squat training;standing jump There was no significant improvement in the average power of the lower limbs(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the training effect of the two indexes between the fast stretching compound training and the resistance large strength squat training.Research conclusions:(1)Plymetric training is a kind of training method which can effectively develop the explosive force of lower limbs and improve the jumping ability of basketball players.(2)Plymetric training can significantly improve the maximum strength of the lower limbs,standing jump touch high,run-up take-off touch high,lower limb peak power of basketball players,and the training effect is better than resistance strength squat training.(3)Plymetric training can not significantly improve the basketball player’s 10 yard running performance and lower limb average power.(4)To some extent,the Plymetric training helps to optimize the running-up and take-off movement of athletes,and improves the stability of body movements during take-off and landing. |
