| The labor literacy of students is an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of labor education.Labor education that has not been included in the examination scope like basic mathematics and other basic subjects has been ignored by the education community because of the difficulty of quantitative evaluation with scores.In order to promote the comprehensive development of the builders and successors of the motherland,labor education has once again been pushed into the field of education.At the same time,the contradiction between the promotion of quality education and the exam-oriented education is getting deeper in the stage of entering the upper grades of the elementary school,resulting in uneven implementation of quality education.The level of literacy is of great significance for training the builders and successors of the motherland in the new era.This study uses a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research to study the labor literacy of elementary school senior students.First of all,through the existing literature related to "labor literacy" to summarize,define the connotation and constituent elements of "labor literacy",form a theoretical framework,and transform it into the dimension of questionnaire survey,compile "Labor literacy of senior high school students" The Current Situation Questionnaire surveyed four urban primary schools,one urban-rural junction,and one rural primary school from the four dimensions of labor cognition,labor sentiment,labor will,and labor behavior.An elementary school senior student conducted a status survey;supplemented by the interview method,14 senior teachers and 10 parents were interviewed,conducted in-depth interviews,and proposed to improve the labor literacy of senior students in elementary schools in S District of Chongqing Strategy.Using SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 to explore and analyze the questionnaire using 172 S district elementary school senior students as a predictive sample,and the questionnaire’s confirmatory factor analysis on the official sample of 334 district elementary school senior students.The reliability of each dimension of the final formal questionnaire is between 0.8-0.9,and the final model index fitting with the verification factor analysis is good.(CMIN/DF = 1.511,GFI = 0.903,CFI = 0.966,NFI = 0.906,TLI = 0.962,RMR = 0.056,RMSEA = 0.039)Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the study draws the following conclusions: The overall work literacy of senior students in elementary schools in S District of Chongqing is generally at a medium level,and the labor behavior is low,the recognition of labor emotion is not high,the student’s labor will is weak,and the labor recognition There is a lot of room for improvement in labor literacy due to deviations in knowledge and behavior.There are significant differences in labor literacy among grades,genders,whether they are only children,and different school types.There is no difference in labor literacy between whether they are left-behind children and their parents’ education.Among them,sixth-year students’ labor literacy is higher than fifth-year students’ labor literacy;girls’ labor literacy is significantly higher than that of boys;nononly children’s labor literacy is significantly higher than that of only children;among different school types,urban primary schools The labor literacy of senior students is significantly lower than that of urban-rural junction primary schools.The rural primary school senior students’ labor literacy scores the best in the three types of schools and is significantly higher than the urban-rural junction and urban primary schools.Based on the current situation investigation,combined with the interview content,the reasons for the formation were analyzed from multiple angles.Corresponding suggestions are also made for the causes: the education administration department should further build a labor literacy cultivation system;schools should provide sufficient labor opportunities to promote labor behavior;teachers should pay attention to students’ positive labor emotional experience;give play to the basic role of the family,Pay attention to the cultivation of the labor literacy of the only child;deepen social practice to avoid the disconnection of knowledge and action;stimulate the initiative of students and promote the development of the will to work;adapt the local conditions to balance the gap between urban and rural labor literacy. |
