| With the continuous improvement of the level of social and economic development in China,the number and scale of colleges and universities in China are also growing,which to a certain extent promotes the rapid development of the capital construction of colleges and universities in China.In this process,there are also a variety of new problems,which brings certain challenges to the capital construction projects of colleges and universities in China.Based on this background,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the progress management of capital construction projects in public colleges and universities in China,in order to provide reference for solving the current progress management of capital construction projects in Colleges and universities.This paper discusses the theory of project management,project management and project schedule management through literature analysis,consulting Chinese and foreign literature,analyzing and studying the current international mature project management methods.The author takes Z University Library of Jiangsu Province as the research object,and states the whole process of the project from the beginning of the plan to the completion of the project The specific days of the influence of some projects on the construction period are given out,and several factors of the project schedule lag are analyzed.At the same time,the author through the way of questionnaire,to Z university staff randomly issued the questionnaire about the influencing factors of library project progress,and finally collected the questionnaire,statistical questionnaire,and analyzed the main and secondary reasons affecting the project progress.From the perspective of public management,this paper puts forward a solution to the lag of the progress of Z University Library Project in Jiangsu Province,expands the ideas of university infrastructure project management,and provides experience for other universities or governments. |
