Research On Project Schedule Optimization And Control Of NeuMOOC Talent Training Platform

Scientific project schedule management can realize the best balance between the project period,cost and resources,under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project.Therefore,the project schedule management and control is a very important work in the modern project management.Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project,the optimization of project duration and total cost is the decisive factor for the success of project management.Therefore,it is very important to discuss the planning,optimization and control of the project schedule.Based on the project of NeuMOOC talent training platform,this paper describes the theory,methods and tools of schedule management,uses WBS,Gantt chart,network diagram and critical path,prepares a detailed and complete schedule,through the scope definition,activity identification,activity sequencing,activity duration estimation process.The network optimization method is used to optimize the cost and resource,the project duration and the total cost are compressed,safety time is eliminated and the time buffer is set with Critical chain,the work efficiency is improved.Besides,the progress of the project is monitored,the project actual progress is obtained and record.Then,this paper compares the actual with the baseline plan and finds differences.If the actual is delay,the paper analyses the cause of the deviation and the degree of influence on the construction period,confirms the corrective actions,changes schedule to ensure the project is completed on time.In the project implementation process,the flexible management is implemented,the enthusiasm and initiative of team members is improved and the implementation of the project schedule is ensured.Combined with NeuMOOC talent training platform project,this paper makes some research on optimizing the project schedule and schedule control.Based on the research of these methods,this paper proposes the solution to the problems existing in the project schedule management,and summarizes the successful experience.It can be used for reference for similar project schedule optimization and control.
