Research On The Problems National Security Education Of College Students

We are in a changing era,facing a changing world.Peace,development,cooperation and win-win situation have become the trend of the times.At the same time,human beings are still facing many problems and challenges.Regional hot spots are emerging one after another.Hegemonism,power politics and new activism are on the rise,Traditional and non-traditional security threats,such as arms competition,terrorism and cyber security,are intertwined,and there is still a long way to go to maintain world peace and promote common development.In January 22,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the central political and legal work conference that strengthening the sense of hardship and staying vigilant in peace and danger is a major principle that we must always uphold in governing the party and governing the country.Our party should consolidate its ruling position,unite and lead the people to adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,and ensure national security is a top priority.In order to cope with the overall environment,the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed to establish the central national security committee,formulate national security strategy and improve the national security system.At the first meeting of the central national security committee,the concept of "overall nationalsecurity" was put forward,which emphasized the construction of an overall national security system integrating eleven kinds of security.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee further proposed to implement the overall concept of national security and maintain the stability of the national security situation.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee once again reaffirmed the need to implement the national security strategy and safeguard national security in all aspects.All these show that our country is committed to promoting the national security strategy and safeguarding the security of all aspects of the country.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and China’s historical development has entered a new field of development.College students are the builders and successors of future national construction and development,as well as the hope and future of the nation.The education of the overall safety concept of college students is to make college students understand the international and domestic situation,and constantly enhance the national security awareness and cultivate the sense of anxiety and responsibility.At present,the overall national security education of college students has achieved certain results.College students’ awareness of the overall national security is constantly enhanced,and their sense of responsibility for maintaining theoverall national security is constantly enhanced.However,in the process of education,there are still some problems.The form of education is single,the use of media in education is still insufficient,some college students do not pay enough attention to the overall national security concept,and they are not enthusiastic about accepting and learning the overall national security concept.The root of these problems lies in the lack of investment and attention in the education of the overall national security concept,the lack of overall planning in education,and the lack of awareness of the overall national security education for some college students.To solve these problems,colleges and universities need to pay more attention to the education of the overall national security concept,make a systematic education plan,improve the curriculum system,strengthen the education of the overall national security concept,constantly improve the teaching staff of the education of the overall national security concept,broaden the path of the publicity and practical education of the overall national security concept,and improve the effectiveness of education.
