A Study On The Evolution Of Internet Public Opinion And Its Countermeasures From The Perspective Of System Dynamics

With the development of the Internet,the network media rapidly formed,the network has become one of the main carriers of public opinion.The rapid development of the network also makes the network environment very complex,the network platform is more diversified,the communication way is more diversified,the public opinion battle is more complex,the public opinion situation on the network is more severe.In addition,the network public opinion has the characteristics of randomness,suddenness,concealment and deviation,so it is difficult to study the network public opinion.In addition,with the popularization of the Internet and the progress of science and technology,more and more netizens can "see the world" at home.Any " rustle of leaves in the wind" all possible to cause the netizen’s attention,and continues to pay attention to evolve into the network public opinion event,causes certain influence to the society.On the basis of collecting,consulting and studying a large number of documents and materials,from the perspective of System dynamics,based on the study of the evolution law of network public sentiment,according to the relationship between the evolution law of network public sentiment and early warning,combining public management theory,life cycle theory and System dynamics theory,this paper carefully analyzes the influential factors of Internet users,media,government,etc.,and according to the characteristics of different development stages such as the latent period,the budding period,the erupting period and the declining period of the public sentiment on the Internet,based on the analysis of the recent unexpected and typical event,"the incident of Chongqing Porsche’s female driver hitting a person",this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the evolution law of Internet public opinion in China,and summarizes the influence factors of Internet public opinion on the evolution of Internet public opinion at different stages of Internet public opinion,it summarizes the relationship between the public opinion early warning and the network public opinion situation evolution.Based on the results of empirical research,this paper summarizes the impact of different government treatment and response cycle on the evolution of online public opinion.Hoping to help improve the online public opinion early warning and response ability more effectively and accurately,and to provide guidance and suggestions for the government and its various departments in dealing with online public opinion,in order to improve the ability and level of the government to deal with unexpected events put forward policy recommendations.So that the government and relevant departments in response to the network of public opinion can "win" and "have the courage and resourcefulness" to resolve the crisis in a timely manner.
