A hundred years of life,based on preschool education,complete personality,first in sports.Entering a new era,the issue of early childhood sports and health has become a matter of great concern to the party and the country.The society and the people have never been more concerned about the work.It has established a modern path for the development of early childhood sports.Key tasks for the new era.This article takes the "Children’s Sports Guide" developed by the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology of Japan in 2012(2012)as the research object,and comprehensively uses research methods such as content analysis and logic analysis to systematically interpret the effectiveness of Japan in child sports instruction.Practices and successful experiences,get useful enlightenment and lessons from it,and then based on the national conditions of children’s sports in China,complete the transformation of the reality,put forward the characteristic model of the era and scientific development of children’s sports in China,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of children’s sports in China.The main conclusions reached are as follows:(1)In order to achieve the purpose of enhancing physical fitness,preventing disease,developing intelligence,and fostering social characteristics unique to infant sports,Japan ’s Ministry of Education,Culture and Sports uses rich sports content,guarantees exercise time,optimizes exercise environment,strengthens home collaboration,and establishes perfect assessment methods.Solve the problems of diversity,dynamics,and inadequacy of children’s sports.Since the "Guide" was promulgated,it has achieved relatively satisfactory implementation results and created a model leading to the scientificization of infant sports.(2)The reality of China’s children’s physical education is not optimistic and has a long way to go.In terms of content,time,space and conditions,it has been restrained by factors such as traditional concepts,interference with modern technology,and changes in social structure.Inspired by Japan’s effective experience,it is proposed that in the future,the development of children’s sports in China should scientifically design children’s sports content,fully guarantee the children’s sports time,multi-dimensionally develop children’s sports space,and the three parties collaborate with children’s sports environment to form an evaluation standard based on The “ time-space ” trinity is taken as a path,and the “kindergarten-family-community” trinity is used as a coordinated two-way linkage characteristic model,which gives full play to the special advantages of the dual “trinity” linkage.
