| In the new media era,the Internet provides channels for vulnerable groups to communicate and interact with each other and their interests through it are met.The empowerment of the media has enabled the vulnerable groups in a "aphasia" state to gain unprecedented resistance.This accelerate the spread of activist action.In the framework of the media-constructed protest action,protesters from personal interests to social demands,from self-identity to social identity,from on-line interaction to consensus,emotional resistance and rational resistance are intertwined and interact to promote the development of rights protection actions.This article takes "Xi’an Mercedes-Benz female car owner’s rights protection" as an example,and discuss the background factors of the occurrence and development of network rights protection actions from the external environment and internal factors.Through combing and analyzing the event’s struggle process,it explores resistance strategy which the female car owner’s used in rights protection process.and in which how rationality and affection act on the resistance action,has attracted widespread attention of women car owners’ rights protection incidents;the rise of the Internet society has made the media play a vital role in the resistance action,and through analyze reports on the mainstream media to explores how the media constructs a framework of protest action to stimulate the public’s emotional resonance,and under this framework,analyze the public’s identity through analyzing the discourse expression in cyberspace,and how the female car owner’s rights protection incident has risen from ordinary personal interest to the social and public issues that are generally concerned by the public;and finally to reflect on the dilemma of human rights protection behind female car owners’ rights protection,discusses how to solve the problem of rights protection,and puts forward suggestions to solve the problem of rights protection,so as to reach multi-party dialogue and consensus and reduce the occurrence and development of rights defense. |
