Research On The Protection Of Primary School Female Teachers' Reproductive Rights

The "family planning" policy,which originated in the last century,can be said to have largely controlled the uncontrolled growth of China's population.In a certain period of time,it provides a system guarantee for the sound and orderly development of economic society.However,as China enters the aging society ahead of time,this basic national policy is no longer suitable for the development of the current society.In order to alleviate the continuous decline of the current population growth rate,provide inexhaustible human resources support for the modernization drive,relieve the pressure of the continuous growth of the current pension.The Fifth Plenary Session of the18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the policy of "two children in an all-round way".In order to better protect women's reproductive rights at the policy level.Women's reproductive rights are not only related to women themselves,but also to many Chinese families.They are also related to the stable development of society and the long-term peace and rest.For some industries with a high proportion of women,such as education,the violation of women's labor rights and reproductive rights is more serious.The employing unit requires female teachers not to damage the interests of the organization and the collective on the ground of childbearing,so there are some strange phenomena such as "line pregnancy" and "line birth".More and more women are under the pressure of work,considering the cost of childbearing,the scarcity of public resources and other factors,it is often difficult to exercise and maintain their own reproductive rights.If the comprehensive two child policy is to benefit the people's livelihood and development,the focus must be shifted to the implementation of women's reproductive rights.Based on the laws and regulations on the protection of women's rights and interests in China,this paper takes five primary schools in S district of Hcity as an example,finds some problems through investigation,analyzes the reasons and puts forward countermeasures.It is hoped that it can arouse the attention of modern women's reproductive rights,and provide some new perspectives and paths for the better implementation of the comprehensive two child policy in the new era.It is also intended to strengthen school management,solve the worries of female teachers of childbearing age,and improve the quality of school teaching.It is suggested that the labor and Social Security Department of the education system should actively safeguard the rights of female teachers and protect their legitimate rights and interests;the government should urge the relevant departments to take measures according to local conditions,further improve the policies and supporting measures to protect the reproductive rights of female teachers in primary schools,alleviate the worries of female teachers,and make the two child policy come into effect The legitimate rights and interests of teachers are effectively protected.
