Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Labor Spirit In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress:"Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era." This is a scientific judgment on my country’s development of a new historical position.The new era is an era of struggle.To realize the "two hundred years" struggle goals and the Chinese nation’s great revival of the Chinese dream,it is necessary to strengthen labor education and plant the labor spirit.Incorporating the cultivation of working spirit into the overall requirements for cultivating socialist builders and successors is an inevitable requirement for my country’s higher education in the new era to implement the fundamental task of establishing virtue.Contemporary young students are the backbone of China’s deepening reform process and are also the witnesses and witnesses of the successful realization of the "tw o hundred years" goals.However,due to the influence of various factors such as history and reality,college labor education has been gradually Weakening and weakening,the phenomenon of not cherishing the fruits of labor,not wanting to labor,or not laboring among college students appears,which is far from the training requirements of socialist builders and successors.To this end,in-depth analysis and summary of the symptoms of the lack of labor spirit of college students in the new era and its causes,and the multi-faceted and multi-angle perspectives to propose the feasible path and specific strategies for the cultivation of college student labor spirit have important practical significance and far-reaching impact.This study is divided into three chapters,except for the introduction and conclusion.First,it defines the relevant concepts of the cultivation of the labor spirit of college students in the new era,clarifies the new connotation of the labor spirit of the era,and traces the theoretical origins of the cultivation of labor spirit from the aspects of traditional Chinese labor concept,Marx and Engels labor concept,and the Chinese Communists ’ labor concept.To further explain the contemporary significance of the cultivation of college students ’labor spirit.Second,a comprehensive review of the specific manifestations of the current college students ’mental deficiencies in labor includes the lack of labor cognition,the general lack of good labor habits,the utilitarianization of labor value orientation,and the low level of recognition of manual labor.From three angles of society and family,it analyzes the deep-seated causes of the lack of labor spirit of college students.Finally,the problem-oriented approach to the cultivation of the labor spirit of college students in the new era is proposed,namely:school education,strengthening Marxist labor concept education,optimizing overall labor education curriculum,improving the evaluation system of labor literacy,improving the construction of teaching staff,and guiding students Establish a correct outlook on career selection and give play to the leading role of schools in the cultivation of labor spirit;social education level,strengthen publicity and guidance,improve legal system construction,mobilize social forces,strengthen network management,and create a clean and social working atmosphere;family education level,by strengthening the family’s basic position in the cultivation of labor spirit,correcting parents ’Educational concepts,cultivating children’s working habits from an early age,and creating a good family style;at the level of self-education,college students themselves must constantly reflect on themselves and actively participate in labor practices activity.
