Research On The Cultivation Path Of College Students' Labor Spirit In The New Era

Labor is the most basic and essential practical activity for human survival and development,and is also the source of realizing life ideals,pursuing a better life,and embodying personal values.In the process of labor practice,it is helpful to form labor spirit,realize personality independence and moral integrity.The cultivation of labor spirit allows the majority of laborers to participate in the labor practice process with a more positive spirit.In 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the"Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era"(here in after referred to as the "Opinions"),which regards the cultivation of labor spirit as one of the overall goals of labor education.Soon after the "Opinions" was issued,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools(Trial)"(here in after referred to as the "Outline"),which clearly pointed out that one of the basic concepts of labor education is to strengthen the concept of labor and promote the spirit of labor.The promulgation of the"Outline" urther promoted the implementation of labor education.At present,some practical results have been achieved in the cultivation of labor spirit,but at the same time,there are also some urgent problems that need to be solved,such as disrespect for manual labor,low participation rate in labor practice,lack of creative labor and other concepts and behaviors.These problems are not only related to whether college students can carry out the Educating Five Domains Simultaneously,but to a certain extent,they are also related to the harmony of the family,and affect the degree of social civilization and the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Nowadays,in the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,knowledge-based,skilled,and innovative workers are needed,and higher requirements are also placed on the group of college students as the successor.In accordance with this requirement,this article conducts research on the topic of "Research on the Cultivation Path of University Students' Labor Spirit in the New Era".There are mainly five chapters in the full text.The first chapter,by clarifying the research background and significance of the thesis,combing the status quo of domestic and foreign research,lays a foundation for clarifying the connotation of the labor spirit of college students in the new era.The second chapter,on the basis of defining related concepts such as labor,labor spirit,and the labor spirit of college students in the new era,focuses on the theoretical basis and the meaning of value of cultivating college students' labor spirit in the new era.The third chapter mainly investigates the status quo of the work spirit of college students in the new era,and summarizes the positive and negative performance of the work spirit of college students in the new era through the questionnaire survey.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of college students' labor spirit cultivation in the new era,and summarizes the problems and causes of the cultivation of college students' labor spirit in the new era.The fifth chapter is to find out the countermeasures based on the existing problems.Through social coordination,school leadership,family guidance,and individual subject roles,build a full-scale and full-process cultivation path for all employees,and guide college students to internalize the work spirit of college students in the new era.On the basis of the heart,it can be more externalized in behavior,so that the spirit of labor becomes a powerful spiritual driving force for the growth of college students in the new era.
