In recent years,the number of higher education has increased year by year.According to the National Recruitment Data Report of the Graduate Admissions Network,the number of candidates applying for postgraduate examinations in 2019 reached 2.9 million,an increase of 21.8%from the previous year,the highest increase in more than 10 years,setting a record for more than 40 years of reform and opening.The increasing number of educated people and the gradual improvement of the education system in our country have caused people to think more about the value that education can give to life and work.For example,if education is fair,is it easier for people with higher education levels to find a satisfactory job?The answer to this question is not yet unified.To study the influence relationship and mechanism between education level and job satisfaction,first of all,it can help us to make clear what is a satisfactory job,whether accepting a deeper education can improve job satisfaction,if not,explore the real reasons behind it,and then lead us and the whole society to think deeply about the pursuit of higher education level;second,it can help enterprises better understand employees and uncover the mystery of "employees with high education level,high turnover rate",to improve the human resource strategy for enterprises,to retain employees;finally,to provide decision support for the introduction of social equity and other policies and measures.This article is based on the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS2015)and uses SPSS22.0 to conduct an empirical analysis of the relationship and influence mechanism between education level and job satisfaction.First of all,through reading the domestic and foreign literature,understand the current research status of education level and job satisfaction,summarize the current research deficiencies,and put forward the research problems of this article.At the same time,summarize and clarify the influencing factors of job satisfaction,combined with CGSS2015 data and the purpose of this article,select influencing factors and variables.Secondly,use descriptive analysis to clarify the distribution of samples and the current subjective evaluation of the overall job satisfaction of non-agricultural workers in China;conduct a differential analysis of job satisfaction in different categories of various variables.Again,choose to use Logistic regression analysis method to model the CGSS2015 data,clarify the significance of the impact of job satisfaction factors on job satisfaction in the case of full samples and sub-diploma samples;construct an intermediary effect model to discuss the level of education Impact mechanism on job satisfaction.Finally,based on the aforementioned data analysis results,the conclusions of this article are drawn,and suggestions for improving job satisfaction from the three levels of individual,enterprise and society are proposed accordingly.Based on the research conclusions of this article,suggestions are made to improve job satisfaction.At the individual level:(1)Emphasize the importance of education for self-improvement;(2)Lower academic qualifications reduce self-expectation and improve physical fitness;(3)When choosing a favorite company,the corporate culture should be properly considered.Enterprise level:The establishment of corporate culture and regulations should be more user-friendly and closely follow the "trend".Social level:(1)strive to promote social equity and strengthen the legal system to protect the legal rights of working women;(2)the expansion of higher education should be "appropriate",timely adjustment of education concepts,so that the results of education can meet the actual social structure needs Match.The innovations of the research in this paper include:(1)Based on CGSS2015 data,it enriches the empirical research on job satisfaction;(2)Compared with existing research,this paper adds factors that affect job satisfaction,such as social equity,social security,social comparison,self-expectation,health,and education.Study the relationship and influence mechanism of education level and job satisfaction from three aspects of social fairness and level of social comparison and hierarchical relationship factors;(3)According to the conclusions of empirical research,more targeted suggestions are proposed for improving job satisfaction.
