| The popularization and application of network technology has brought benefits to the general public,and the self-media has also been bred in a free and open environment,providing a diversified independent communication platform for the general public.Fans are an active group in the self-media environment,and gradually formed a distinctive subcultural feature.The virtual network environment breeds many social problems represented by cyber violence,which shows a stronger impact in fans,resulting in large-scale and organized cyber violence incidents,and severely undermining the rule foundation and moral construction of social development.Therefore,maintaining the orderly operation of cyberspace and establishing a good cyber ecological environment are important parts of building a harmonious socialist society.Based on the self-media environment,this article takes cyber violence as the research object,and selects fans with distinct group characteristics as the research target group.On the basis of reading a large number of literature materials and verifying evidence,this paper makes a detailed analysis and demonstration of the characteristics and causes of cyber violence by fan groups.Combined with the current governance situation and experience and inspiration at home and abroad,this paper puts forward further suggestions and specific measures to improve the governance of cyber violence in China.The writing of this paper is divided into seven chapters.In Chapters 1 and 2.The author elaborates the background,significance and purpose of the research,and focuses on the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on cyber violence and the stage achievements achieved.The author introduces the terms,concepts and theoretical basis related to the topic,such as " Self-media","Fan Group","Cyber Violence",etc;In Chapter 3,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and causes of cyber violence by fans,and uses case analysis method and in-depth interview method to restore the process of the incident,so as to demonstrate the author’s views;In Chapter 4,the author summarizes and analyzes the status quo of domestic cyber violence governance,reveals the results achieved in the current stage of governance of online violence,and points out the existing problems;In Chapter 5,the author introduces in detail the relevant laws and systems of foreign cyber violence governance,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment that are beneficial to China’s governance of cyber violence;In Chapter 6,based on the analysis and summary above,the author puts forward specific methods and countermeasures to deal with cyber violence from the legal level,the social governance subject level and the fan group level respectively;In Chapter 7,the author analyzes and summarizes the research results of this paper,and looks forward to the excellent results of China’s cyber violence governance to welcome the new cyberspace ecological environment.With the development and application of self-media,online information has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives and is closely linked to real life.The frequent cyber violence in fan groups is only a prominent manifestation of online chaos,and it also reflects that cyber violence is not only harmful the network society will even affect real life,seriously affecting the orderly operation of social life,and not conducive to the establishment of a harmonious socialist society.Therefore,the ecological governance of cyberspace content needs to be accelerated,and legal means and quality-oriented education should be used together to promote a governance pattern with the government as the leading role and multi-body linkage participation,establish a clear and systematic governance system with clear rights and responsibilities,and work together to maintain a good environment in cyberspace. |
