Research On Labor Education Of College Students From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Standing at the overall height of the development of the Party and the country,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference held in September 2018 that "cultivate socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically,and with hard work"(1).Highlight the importance of labor education in China’s education system.In March 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era,which made an overall design for strengthening labor education in the new era and provided direction and path for colleges and universities to strengthen labor education for college students.In this paper,under the perspectives of ideological and political education,on the basis of marxist labor education,with Xi jinping,general secretary of talent cultivation and its emphasis on labor education a series of important speech spirit as the guide,discusses the ideological and political education of college students under the perspective of labor education inherent meaning,combing labor education development since the founding of new China,analyzes the present situation of college students’ labor education,problems and causes,from the state,society,school,family and individual five levels to explore ways to strengthen the employment education of college students.The introduction expounds the background of the topic selection and the significance of the research.On the basis of collecting a large number of literature,it sorts out the relevant literature reviews at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas,research methods and main innovation points.The first part,on the basis of discussing the related concepts of ideological and political education and labor education for college students,emphatically analyzes the theoretical basis of strengthening labor education for college students,and identifies the internal logical relationship between ideological and political education and labor education for college students,which lays a theoretical foundation for strengthening labor education for college students.The second part combs the historical context of the development of labor education since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and focuses on the new development of labor education by Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,so as to provide historical and realistic basis for strengthening the study of labor education for college students.The third part USES empirical research method,and through the statistical analysis of data collected from questionnaires to understand college students about the present situation of the labor education,analyzes the main problems existing in the labor education of contemporary college students,namely: the value of labor education guidance has not really established,advocating the social climate of labor hasn’t fully formed,labor education in talents training in colleges and universities edge phenomenon is serious,rather than parents don’t let the child suffering become affected family education director general tendency,labor become college students the thinking foundation of entrepreneurship is not strong and so on.The fourth part analyzes the problems found in the empirical research and their causes,and puts forward the countermeasures of ideological and political education leading the labor education of college students,which are mainly shown in the following aspects: Clarified to develop college students the basic principles of labor education,enrich and expand the connotation of labor education college students such as ideological education,labor skill training and labor practice,work habits,etc.,from the build system of labor education of college students labor security system,strengthening school education standardization management,form the social atmosphere of advocating labor education and basic role of family labor education and promoting college students clerkstarts labor quality and so on five aspects discusses the effective way to strengthen the employment education of college students.Through these studies,we strive to present a complete system of labor education for college students from the perspective of ideological and political education,and make due efforts to strengthen labor education for college students in the new era and carry out the educational policy of all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.
