| In recent years,the "3:30" problem in primary schools has gradually become prominent.In response to social concerns,various localities have successively issued guiding opinions,demanding that overall planning be strengthened,and the majority of primary and secondary schools should actively act to effectively provide after-school services.Driven by the policy,Xingyang city has fully carried out after-school services for primary and secondary school students in the fall semester of2020.As one of the main relevant subjects of the after-school service policy,parents’ satisfaction reflects the quality and effect of after-school services to a certain extent.The study on the main factors affecting parents’ satisfaction has a great significance of after-school service work.Based on the analysis of literature and field interviews,this study from the perspective of parents,established a theoretical model of parents’ satisfaction of after-school services in Xingyang city.Drawing on the classic national customer satisfaction index model,combined with research of customer satisfaction in other fields,a parents’ satisfaction measurement model was constructed,a questionnaire was compiled,and the questionnaire was modified through pre-test.In the empirical study,parents receiving after-school services in 5 primary schools in Xingyang city were selected as the survey objects,and the structural equation modeling technology was used to conduct model testing and parameter estimation.The main conclusion of this study is that customer satisfaction theory has certain applicability in the field of after-school service research;the parents’ satisfaction model has a certain explanatory power,and the main hypothesis is basically supported;school image,parents’ expectations,and perceived quality all have varying degrees of impact on parent satisfaction.At present,parents have a relatively high overall satisfaction level of the after-school service of primary schools in Xingyang city,but there is still a certain gap compared with parents’ expectations,and there are still some urgent needs solved problem.According to the research conclusions,it is recommended that the Xingyang city’s after-school service department should deepen the understanding of after-school services,clarify the responsibilities of the government and schools,and better play a leading role;adhere to the needs of parents,further standardize the arrangement of after-school service,insist on the service content to focus on homework guidance,and effectively reduce the burden on parents;accelerate the construction of an after-school service evaluation system,and implement a practical reward and punishment mechanism. |
