“The discovery of children” is the “Copernican revolution” in the history of education.Children are holders of rights,creators of knowledge,and active agents,just like adults.As one of the most important interpersonal relationships in kindergarten,teacher-child relationship has a profound influence on children’s development.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand how children view the teacher-child relationship,whether children are satisfied with the current teacher-child relationship and what kind of teacher-child relationship they expect for the establishment of a good teacher-child relationship and the promotion of children’s development.This study selected 30 big class children as the research object,using specializes in children’s perspective of Mosaic Approach,combine observation,interviews,children’s meetings,role-playing games,children’s paintings and other tools.By analyzing the cognitive factors,behavioral factors and emotional factors of the teacher-child relationship from the perspective of children,the complete image of the teacher-child relationship from the perspective of children is restored.This paper probes into the problems existing in the teacher-child relationship in the eyes of children,analyzes the causes of the problems based on Habermas’ communicative behavior theory,and puts forward some educational suggestions with practical value to teachers and kindergartens.The study found that the children in the senior class can initially understand the meaning of teacher-child relationship,and can recognize the difference between teacher-child relationship,parent-child relationship and peer relationship.Young children in judging division relations mainly starting from the actual perception and experience of their own,and if they like the teacher,feel the teacher is like yourself as the basis of judging teacher young relationship,but in the process of actual build teacher young relationship,teachers are always action of the initiator and decisions.The dominant,the former is determined by the age characteristics of children,the latter is determined by the importance of the teacher in the eyes of the child.Children have a high degree of satisfaction with the current teacher-child relationship,but there are still some problems: the teacher-child relationship lacks a good start,the teacher lacks individual attention to children,and the interaction between teachers and children is not equal,the scene is single and the continuity is lacking.In view of the problems existing in the teacher-child relationships in the eyes of children and the causes of the analysis,some suggestions are put forward for the kindergarten and teachers,from kindergarten ready to start,pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ ability to listen,observe and communicate with parents,guide the children to build good partner relationship with the correct self-worth,help children establish their expectations of temperature,the teacher young relationship of equality,stable.
