Research On The Management Thinking And Practice Of Performing Arts

Performance art is an art form with performance nature,being an important part of art.Management thinking refers to the relatively fixed abstract thinking and methods in the process of art performance.Starting from the practice process of the chorus of North Central University in carrying out the activity of elegant art into campus,this paper summarizes the system structure,organizational structure and practice of the research results of the chorus of North Central University.Combined with my own professional and practical experience,This paper will analyze the problems encountered in the process of introducing elegant art into the campus activities,including the lack of members,professional level,regulations as well as audience.Then,it will put forward the corresponding solutions,including the team building,the optimization of the management system,and cohesion of group spirit.It will put forward the literal and sorted paper,where the relevant theoretical data are formed.
