Abstract/Summary:
Mental health education of contemporary college students is an important work of comprehensive quality education,in which the level of adverse quotient is an important factor that affects the development of college students’ physical and mental health. In this study,517 undergraduates from Jilin University in Changchun City were selected as the survey objects through the method of literature data, measurement, and mathematical statistics. The research focused on the impact of physical exercise on the adverse quotient of college students.Based on the overall situation of quotient, the impact of physical exercise on college students’ adverse quotient is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.Studies indicate:1.The physical exercises of college students are mainly small and medium-sized exercises.Physical exercise is mostly 1 to 2 times a week, medium intensity,20 to 60 minutes each time;men and women have significant differences in the four indicators of physical exercise, and there are significant differences in the frequency, intensity and amount of physical exercise between grades. The physical exercise level of arts and sports is significantly better than that of science and engineering, literature and history.2.The overall score of inverse quotient is above the middle level.Among them, men score better than women, and there are significant gender differences in control, attribution, and tolerance;arts and sports majors have the highest scores, and literature and history are the lowest;freshmen and seniors score better than sophomores and juniors,Attribution and tolerance factors are significantly different between freshman and senior year.3.There is a certain correlation between college students’ physical exercise factors and adverse quotient factors.Exercise intensity has no significant effect on the attribution of adverse quotient and tolerance;moderate exercise intensity has a greater impact on adverse quotient and extension control.Except for the exercise time of30-50 minutes and more than 60 minutes, there is no significant difference in control, and the control scores of other exercise time have significant differences. There are no significant differences in inverse quotient extension at different exercise frequencies, but there are significant differences in control, attribution and tolerance. There are significant differences in the inverse quotient factors of small exercise volume, medium exercise volume and large exercise volume.
