| Executive function,as a high-level cognitive process of individual ideological activity change,has become a research hotspot in cognitive psychology in recent years.It plays an important role in promoting the development of individual physical and mental health and helping individuals to successfully complete social adaptation.Childhood is also regarded as a critical period for the development of executive function.Executive function plays an important role in improving children ’ s attention,reaction and memory.Children ’s cognitive development is relatively slow in the absence of family education and regulation.Therefore,it is necessary to design a family movement programme suitable for children ’s development to intervene in children ’s executive function,and to make up for the relevant theories of children ’s executive function development.This paper takes the executive function of children aged 7-9 as the research object,and uses the methods of literature research,investigation and interview,experiment and mathematical statistics in the process of research.Firstly,we learn from the guidance experience of many experts and formulate timely solutions to the problems in the experiment to optimize the family sports program before the experiment starts.Secondly,we combined with the physical and mental development characteristics of 7-9 years old children and develop appropriate family sports programs according to the basic structure of executive function.The development of a total of nine family sports programs,respectively,from walking,running,jumping and many aspects,set up family game activities.The experiment strives to create a relaxed and happy family atmosphere through simple and happy games,bringing happiness to children and cultivating their executive ability.Sports intervention is a family-based exercise programme that can improve the executive function of children aged 7-9.For a series of characteristics of children of this age,such programs play a guiding role in theory and practice.The experiment lasted for 16 weeks,during which the influence of family sports on executive ability of children aged 7-9 was observed.The results show that in the process of implementing the family sports program,one of the most critical factors is that children keep in mind the rules of the game in the first time,and quickly and effectively adjust their own state after changing the rules of the game.The success of the game,one is the auxiliary role of parents,actively help children quickly into the game experience;The second is whether children can forget the previous rules of the game and quickly integrate into the new game.This process is undoubtedly a test of children ’ s logical thinking ability.According to a large number of experimental results the family sports program has a positive role in promoting children ’ s inhibitory function,refresh function and conversion function. |
