Background:The intervention of executive function(EF)on children based on the theory of brain plasticity had become a hot topic in the cognitive neuroscience and sports psychology. Then,it indicated that executive function of the children will be developed in practice, and it will be strengthened during using experience over and over. The specific training could promote the development of the children's executive function.Due to various reasons, the deaf children had got loss of auditory function, they cannot communicate with language, deaf children have some cognitive disorders(such as learning difficulties, attention shifting difficulties),various psychological disorders(such as low self-esteem,anxiety,extreme)and social adaptability problems(such as impulsion, poor self-control)were significantly related with the retardation of development of executive function. It was an important issue to take effective measures to improve their executive function.Recently, some current studies had demonstrated that aerobic exercise had a significant role in the improvement of executive function in deaf children;however, the brain mechanism has not yet been revealed. Objective:This study was based on the theory of the exercise on children with brain plasticity and the resting state functional magnetic resonance technology.Using comprehensive measurement methods contained sports measurement, psychological measurement, resting state functional magnetic resonance technique and Brain-Mind Association(BMA).This study had used a combination aerobic exercise program(rope skipping,Wushu exercises, figure running)for eleven weeks after school on deaf children aged 9-13.Across this experimental study of the combination aerobic exercise program for 11 weeks on deaf children's executive function and brain network to explore the key issue that the brain mechanism of aerobic exercise influenced deaf childrenResearch methods:This study intends to make 17 deaf children came from Yangzhou and Taizhou special education schools respectively who were selected to meet the standard and divided into control group and exercise group, and exercise group had participated in an combinational aerobic exercise intervention for 11 weeks.Using resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(resting-state functional MRI,fMRI)technology evaluation the changes of executive function network functional connectivity before and after intervention of aerobic exercise on deaf children.Using the 2-back task measure the deaf children's executive function changes before and after the aerobic exercise intervention.Results:(1)The Repeated ANOVA result of deaf children on 2-back task before and after the 11 weeks aerobic exercise interaction had a sig7nificant difference(F(1,15)=5.10,P=0.04<0.05).(2)The deaf children's functional connectivity in the right inferior frontal gyros-left cerebellum cerebellum(P=0.02<0.05),right inferior frontal gyrus-left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(P=0.03<0.05),right inferior frontal gyrus-middle temporal gyrus(P=0.03<0.05)were decreased significantly and the functional connectivity in left thalamus-right cerebellum(P=0.02<0.05)was increased significantlyafter the 11 weeks aerobic exercise intervention.(3)The functional connectivity change related to exercise intervention was correlated positively with behavior changes, the results followed as:right inferior frontal gyrus-left cerebellum(r=0.55,P=0.02<0.05),right inferior frontal gyrus-left dorsal prefrontal cortex(r=0.42,P=0.09>0.05),right inferior frontal gyrus-left inferior temporal gyrus(r=0.28,P=0.27>0.05),right cerebellum-left thalamus(r=-0.05,P=0.84>0.05).Therefore,there had a significant correlation between functional connectivity change(right inferior frontal gyrus-left cerebellum)and executive function behavior change in deaf children after 11 weeks aerobic exercise intervention.Conclusion:(1)11 weeks aerobic exercise could improve the behavior performance of the executive function in deaf children(2)11 weeks aerobic exercise could promote the deaf children's functional connectivity of executive control network tend to reorganization.(3)11 weeks aerobic exercise intervention could optimize the deaf children's executive control network functional connectivity changes, improve their executive function.
