Research objective: The knee joint is one of the important components of the six major joints of the human body,and all kinds of physiological activities of the human body play a very important role.The most important function of the knee joint is to do flexion and extension exercise,and the moment of flexion and extension of the knee joint plays a crucial role in competitive sports training.At present,there are many training methods to improve the strength quality of lower limbs flexor and extensor muscles.Deep jump is often used by coaches and athletes.Deep jump can effectively train the SSC ability of muscles.This research in shandong normal university laboratory conditions using the isokinetic muscle testing and rehabilitation training system,at the same time using Kistler three-dimensional load test system and the motion image analysis systems for participants to jump in the deep movement jumping height,hang time,Angle of knee flexion,knee joint angular velocity,biomechanical indexes such as knee flexor torque test,to get human knee joint under deep jumping motion biomechanics indexes,kinematics parameters and flexor moments in knee isokinetic muscle strength tests the relationships between the various indicators.The results of this study will be more intensive monitoring RSI movement process,centrifugal and centripetal contraction and the inherent law and the relationship between lower limb flexor muscle strength,thus providing more rapid and accurate for the athletes and coaches and appropriate performance measurement method,for raising the grade of the athlete and the development level of elite athletes is of great significance.Research methods: According to the research needs,scientific research methods such as documentary method,experimental method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method were adopted in this study,among which experimental method was mainly used to study 40 students(regardless of gender)from the College of Physical Education,Shandong Normal University.In this study,Swiss Con-Trex isokine muscle strength test and rehabilitation training system was used to conduct slow(60°/s)and fast(120°/s)isokine muscle strength test on the knee joint.Meanwhile,digital video camera(Sony-DCR-TRV17E)and Kistler 3D strength test system produced in Switzerland were used for research and test.Research conclusion:(1)In the process of deep jump,the longer the flight time and the shorter the landing time are,the greater the value of RSI will be.(2)when the flexor and extensor muscles of the knee were first contractive and then contractive,the correlation between RSI and isometric strength test indexes was not statistically significant when the knee joint was 60°/s and 120°/s.(3)The correlation between RSI and isokinetic muscle strength test indexes was not statistically significant when the flexor and extensor muscles of the knee were first contractile centrifugal and then centriolar contractile at 60 deg /s.(4)When the knee flexor and extensor were first contractive centrifugal and then centripetal contractive at 120°/s,RSI showed moderate positive correlation with the relative peak moment ratio and average peak moment ratio of flexor and extensor,with extremely significant difference.In other words,the greater the relative peak moment ratio and average peak moment ratio of flexor and extensor were,the greater the RSI value would be.(5)Regardless of knee flexor centrifugal contraction after first centripetal contraction or centrifugal shrinkage,radial shrinkage after,and knee joint angular velocity in 60 °/s or 120 °/s,hang time and isokinetic muscle strength test of some indicators showed a certain relevance,should not only focus on RSI also in training at the same time record time to make a comprehensive analysis of suspension,timely adjust the training plan.(6)When the knee flexor and extensor muscles contracted at the angular velocity of 120°/s,the kinematic parameters had a strong correlation with the measurement indexes of knee isotachycardia.Among them,the knee flexion Angle showed a certain correlation with the knee isokinetic muscle strength test index.The knee flexion Angle is an effective parameter that affects SSC movement and isokinetic muscle strength test of knee flexor and extensor.
