Long jump is a physique dominated event-group, Velocity and speed strength are important for result. The skill of long-jump contains of running-up , taking off, rising to the sky ,falling to the ground. The key to achieve better result is running-up and taking off. But, in long-jump, taking off is the most important skill. Taking up contains landing , buffer of landing , stretching . And lower limbs stretched strength is the most important factor for the ability of taking off. By using CYBEX—770 isokinetic and rehabilitation instrument, we test supporting leg of 19 athletes in concentric contraction and in eccentric contraction .The norm contains PT/BW, TW/BW, AP/BW, F/E. We analyse these norms and combine characteristic of long jumpers, maximun power force and fast contraction ability, the results provide the scientific base to improve the event ---specific strength training and technique for coach. We test the lower limb joint of supporting leg in concentric contraction ,under the angular velocity of 1500/s,900/s,600/s and the lower limb joint of supporting leg in eccentric contraction, under the angular velocity of 1200/s.We take the 19 athletes from Shan Dong long-jump team and sport school. We divide them into two group. The result of group A is 7.91±0.13m , The result of group B is 6.89±0.24m, t=9.94 p<0.05. They have the obvious difference. The main conclusion as follows:Group A `s maximum muscle power and fast strength of hip joint flexor is larger than Group B`s .maximum muscle power and fast strength of knee joint flexor muscle is weak in group B .In the eccentric contraction, the ability of extensor is weak too.Ankle joint of Group B in concentric contraction and eccentric contraction, its has no difference with group A.
