points.This research analyzes the development context and trends of school improvement at home and abroad,and concludes that school improvement has evolved from "macro planning" to focusing on "micro learning",and from "overall reform" to "coordination of all parties".This coincides with the advocacy of learning leadership.In addition,as the main organization that undertakes education and teaching activities in modern society,the importance of its leadership goes without saying.Learning is the core of school education and teaching,and learning leadership plays a vital role in school improvement.Therefore,this study attempts to analyze the importance of learning leadership for the improvement of primary schools based on the perspective of school agent is learning leadership,in order to enhance the school is momentum and promote the continuous improvement of schools through the improvement of the learning leadership of the agents.Learning leadership is the leadership that takes "learning" as the center.In order to achieve organizational goals,activists create a common learning vision by sharing leadership and sharing responsibilities,creating a good learning atmosphere,and enabling organization members to improve their learning effectiveness.Based on the Five Forces Model of Leadership and Transformational Leadership Theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of learning leadership for primary school agents,and divides it into five levels: learning transformation ability,learning management ability,learning teaching ability,learning appealing ability and learning cooperation ability.The ability to learn change refers to the ability to have a sense of change at the school learning level,to take the initiative to propose changes,to participate in change decision-making and leadership;learning management ability is the foundation of the learning leadership of the initiative in schools,which means that the initiative has good Learning autonomy can take the initiative to lead their own learning progress,have clear learning goals,sufficient learning motivation,and ultimately produce effective learning results through flexible and innovative learning methods;learning and teaching ability refers to the level of leadership of schools The ability to teach and cultivate among subordinates and leaders;learning appeal refers to the ability of leaders to call to guide the learning ability of the leader and the ability to demonstrate influence among leaders at the same level;on the one hand,learning cooperation continuous improvement of the school.Through combing existing research materials and field investigations,this study found that there are many problems in learning leadership among primary school agents,such as being confined to other tasks,neglecting learning leadership,learning input,and insufficient professional development;teaching concepts are weak and teaching The subject is single,the teaching field is limited,and the teaching level is insufficient;the sense of cooperation is weak,the level of cooperation is simple,the one-way leadership exists,and it is separated from the learning activities;the sense of responsibility is weak and the lack of humanistic care;the long-term vision construction is ignored,passive participation in change,and lack of innovation awareness.Lack of
